Sadly she died recently.
Her cash card was cancelled, but , I noticed on the statement continuous failed attempts by this co. to bill her . That I can understand because they Wouldn't know however there seems to be no way to tell them she has died and they just don't respond to messages.
This is a trying time for me and I can do without the hassle. All they are interested in is getting the cash

I have been a happy customer of Jacquie Lawson cards for years but, after being taken over recently, the site is no longer available in my area. Eventually they did reply to my emails and then offered a refund for my remaining subscription but then informed me they couldn't process the refund due to a system error with my bank. Strange, as this is the card that was always used to pay them with no problem. Very sad demise of a good business! AVOID!!!!!

I have read some of the reviews and I find the world has a lot of people who give a kick in the butt if they are unhappy and say NOTHING when everything is really great. Why would you write a review that says you were charged renewal without notice. IT STATED THAT WHEN YOU SIGNED UP!! I have been a member SINCE THE WEBSITE FORMED. I have had ONE that was solved VERY QUICKLY! When I have asked a question, I have gotten an answer.

Following my review of 13 June I contacted the JacquieLawson help desk. Eventually they found our membership on the first of our email addresses and today agreed to refund the balance owed from our May 2025 payment. This should arrive in our bank within the next 5-13 days. If you are told that your area is not covered by the app so access is denied contact the help desk giving details of the email account the payment was made on, the name of the bank, your name and address, the amount paid plus date of payment
Run away from this company
Jacquielawson charged my credit card for $47.70 for a two-year membership without any prior notice. When I notified them the next business day that I did not want a two-year membership, and my wife and I who are both in our latter seventies did not use the membership that much, they ignored our pleas. Nothing good can come from a company who play "gotcha" with senior citizens.

I am being denied access to the website. I emailed a query and after I posted a bad review I got a reply saying that they are not serving my area. However they were serving it when they took my money so I find this message really inadequate.

Unrealistic gift voucher present list
Very sad that the service has deteriorated exponentially since JL was taken over by an American company. I've been a subscriber for over 20 years, but am seriously considering unsubscribing. Although the quality of the cards is still good, I've just spent an hour trying to find a gift voucher and they mostly seem to be American companies and companies which would expect a much higher spend than my price bracket. I live in the UK.

The search technology is totally insufficient
The search is totally insufficient—not nearly enough categories, and no ability to put in a title (as given onsite) which I found before and find it again that way.
Hire someone who has worked for Google or Amazon or another great search engine!!
I like the newer cards with MUSIC, but those are not separated from the old ones without music. I won’t renew my subscription unless you announce a major improvement in organization! Normal people don’t have time to review EVERYTHING each time he wants to send a card!!

2 consecutive easters I have received easter greetings from a person I never knew but on researching more via ancestry I am of the belief this named person who was real died many years ago, therefore fraudulently used in my opinion get me to return a card by payment. not a cat in hells chance !!!

Very Disappointed!! Used to be a good service but I have paid my annual subscription and have not been able to order a card. My money has cleared my account and I and I still can’t buy a card. No reply to several emails and no phone contact . Di not use this company!
I used this company for a few years
I used this company for a few years. Had a year out but decided today after I saw it advertised to register again. Amazing how they still have all your details. However, took my money of £24. Unable to get on the website to order cards. They confirmed my payment together with contact details ie email etc re complaints. However, if you try to connect it freezes.
I sent an email requesting my payment back but I will be surprised if they send it or I even hear from them.
In the past the service has always been great. Whoever is running it now are just taking your money.
Terrible service. Poor use of social media invitations
I am so upset about this company! I sent out dozens of anniversary invitations ( my 50th)! and most of my contacts could not open it either through Facebook or Email. This is the least favorable company I have ever dealt with regarding accesssability. I ended up having half of my hoped for recipients coming, after having to contact each of them individually. I'll NEVER use this company again!!!!!
E-CARD Fraud
This company claims to send out their E-cards to friends and relatives of my choosing. However, my family NEVER gets these cards. After the third time this happened I sent the company 2 emails before they responded. They do not supply a phone number (sketchy) and maintain they sent the cards... so the problem lies with MY family members not receiving their card. How very convenient for them. I am cutting them off from automatically charging my card. Do Not give this company your credit card number!

This outfit is a scam! Do not give them a credit card number. They charge 2 year subscriptions without approval or notice. They cannot be contacted, no phone numbers and they do not respond to emails. Don't fall for the little old English grandma.
Bad customer service - no communication
After using Jacquie Lawson cards for a long time, I got tired of the same old cards every year and the few new cards they put out were boring. When I canceled my subscription, I found that it was impossible to delete my credit card in my account.
I reached out multiple times to remove my credit card, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. There was NO phone number to contact them so I had to call my bank to cancel my credit card.
The lack of communication made me feel frustrated with the overall bad customer service.
