Had a minor bump and they examined it for bent forks free of charge, Vertu BMW in Exeter wanted £132 per hour to look at it.
Whilst it was being looked at Hanna made me a coffee and brought out some of their stock of second hand front mudguards.
Couldn't have been more helpful.

Just had my r1250 gsa big service done and have to say what a good experience it was. Steve listened to what I needed done and sorted all the problems I had with the bike out. Had a lone bike whilst work was done. Had invoice the next day and had a query. They sorted no problem. Staff were great .

Very arrogant, unreliable, rude and unhelpful. James Shelock had a pair of compact tractors listed on ebay uk. I was interested in buying both for export to Spain. When I asked for a discount via ebay for buying both, I received a sarcastic response. Yet 2 weeks later the indivdual price had dropped by £500. I also asked for no VAT for export and provided our Spanish VAT paperwork. James Sherlock was going to "pass it onto accounts" and check what else was needed. No response from anyone.
I then contacted the company via their direct email address to which they never replied.
Form your own opinion, but I'd buy elsewhere.

I have been dealing with this company since the late 1980's James and the staff have always been very helpful in keeping my ageing motorcycles on the road. Dispatch times are nearly always same day as long as you call early enough. six stars from me.

My bike broken down, 500 miles from home. I need to source a battery. This company stepped up provided a new one. Didn't solve the problem. So rather charge me for a battery I didn't need replaced my old one. Store bike overnight until it could be recovered by BMW. They went above and beyond. Highly recommended for all BMW bits. Service is exemplary. A BIG thank you from me.

I ordered a new battery for my K100 RS 16V Paralever on Monday. Could not get the online system to accept my username and password even though I have had an account for many years. Instead I telephoned the person I spoke to was courteous and efficient he ensured I was ordering the correct battery by checking the reference number. The payment process was successful and my battery was dispatched that day. Battery arrived Tuesday morning in very well protective packaging. James Sherlock always provides an excellent service and his staff are intelligent and efficient and enthusiastic about bikes. Next time I'll go straight to the phone so the online system is good for checking stock levels parts numbers etc . But I always prefer to speak to a real person who is an expert in their field. The invoice number 101479 does not identify who raised my order (perhaps it should) but his service was exceptional five stars to you sir and to James Sherlock. Ken Sherlock PS. I know of no other mail order parts business that fulfils orders as promptly and accurately as these guys. Incredible service. Ordered yesterday........here today and that's twice in one week.

Hi mike and James, today received the bmw gt 650 engine ! Amazing absolute amazing/awesome! Thank you so much lads! It’s mint condition! I have Been off road for 2 years now! Due to heart trouble! Finally got a pace maker fitted n back on road? More so - Especially in that you guys had a engine there for me? Mine died a few years ago and I just put it on the back burner! ( 3rd yes 3rd knackered cam chain tensioner went yet again!) apparently these BMWGT 650 scooters were made in Korea or somewhere like that proper trashy job not German???? Plus no more warranty left⚖️) was gutted! But not no more? I’m gonna be riding soon ‘? Thanks again guys for speedy service and super fast delivery just gonna put you on trust pilot next!
