VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE
First time ordering with this company. I ordered and paid for next day delivery. I ordered before the 5pm deadline on 19th December expecting it to arrive on 20th December. The item did not arrive therefore I emailed on the 20th December to inform of non-delivery. This company replied on the 21st December the same day the parcel eventually arrived. I asked for a refund in which I did get a speedy response and was offered a £2 refund. This was the difference of next day delivery. Bearing in mind my delivery was a day late I think this was quite poor.

I couldn’t update my delivery instructions and had missed a delivery. Sonia helped me throughout going above and beyond to ensure I received my order. She was very helpful and even though I’m not a fan of the delivery company you use I would buy again knowing your customer service is so good. Oh and I love my coat too!!

Lost parcel resent
Had an issue with the courier losing the parcel during transit and the customer service advisor Sonia for JC was a brilliant help! Quickly resolved my issue and got my item resent immediately. Will definitely be ordering again, just a shame the courier can’t be changed!

Avoid. Company in liquidation but for some reason deny it to there customers
Ordered again from this company after saying never again due to preorder issues. Last time they blamed moving warehouse for this issue this time its the warehouse was robbed. After reading previous reviews and checking online it seems the company is in liquidation but still taking people s money for orders thst cannot be filled

Excellent Quality and Service
Recently purchased clothing from the Website. Received them within 3 days. All correct and excellent quality.
I don't normally do reviews but the Customer Service Advisor Sonia was fantastic. I had an issue with one if the items which I returned and was replaced.
Sonia kept me updated regarding the faulty item and arranged the return and the replacement. She was excellent .
I know its all done via email or chat but the service was Fantastic.
If you like Jamesoncarter you will not be disappointed with there service.

Items arrived very quickly indeed. The quality was excellent. I had to do an exchange for a smaller size and the company gave me fabulous assistance with this. Everything is super easy to order, exchange or refund. It is done in super fast time. I couldn't recommend highly enough, this is a superb company with excellent products.

I purchased items two weeks ago
I purchased items two weeks ago. Jameson carter have still not sent my items to the courier company for delivery. Customer service informed me it was a delay on the couriers end. After speaking directly to the courier company, they informed me that items have not been sent yet by Jameson carter and there is no delay on their end. The Customer service department of Jameson carter have lied and are unable to tell me when my purchased items can be delivered or a refund issued as I have not received anything after payment.

Company in liquidation
My partner Ordered a hoodie in August that I returned the same week because it looked preworn - no response back from company and it looks like they’ve gone into liquidation on companies house - almost positive I’m not getting my money back from the company now.

I had a few queries regarding returns, they had refunded one order but not the other. I questioned it as it was my fault for not filling in the returns correctly, they refunded the other order straight away, very easy and cant praise Sonia highly enough.

First experience with JamesCarter has been a mix one.
When I ordered, their website mentioned that I have unlocked the free next day delivery but it was not the case. Apparently they had provided half the information which tricked me buying from them.
My score out of 10.
Customer service: 5 ( because the only way to contact them is via chat or email which is not very helpful)

A third complaint about the same item
A third complaint about the same item, what a complete waste of time this is becoming, Jameson carter doing everything they can to not refund an item that was returned back to them within the allotted time, they apologised for returning the item back to me and said they will issue a refund and now they are back tracking saying the item will be returned to me for a third time as it was ordered in April.
Yes it was ordered on 21/4 but I never received the chinos u til 20/5 after so many time consuming emails and complaints, they were returned to them within the 14 days as not suitable (didn’t fit ) I was told a refund would be issued … but NO loads of time wasting and me having to chase them all the time, just received another email saying they will be returning them.
Please Jameson Carter take responsibility for your faults and sort your customer service out it is appalling.
I will be taking this issue further if these chinos are returned to me. I don’t want them and I don’t want to waste any more time on this issue.
