AVOID AVOID AVOID…

AVOID AVOID AVOID especially if you want a refund. Ordered a bag, JC sent the wrong bag. I returned the wrong bag. Told 3 weeks after returning it I would have to wait 5 weeks to get the bag I ordered so asked for a refund. Was told my refund would be processed at the end of March yet here we are 2 weeks later still no refund. Absolute shambles of a company.

Great products

Firstly, I love all their stuff. Looks as good as the pics. Sadly I was very disappointed with my first experience, I was let down very badly. I think the “pre-order” shouldn’t be a thing as it seems to be to hard to keep up with orders.
I never got the bag that I did actually ordered but love this one just the same. Chris from customer service was amazing! Answering my mails straight away and done everything for me to sort my order.
Thanks to Chris it has restored a little faith in this company I shall buy again.

Good quality products!

I would leave 0* if i could

I would leave 0* if i could. I sent a coat back to them over 4 weeks ago now and still no refund. They keep fobbing me off by saying they dont have any systems due to their warehouse move but still able to take payments from people?! I have sent them my proof of return. any other company who was having issues would just refund the item as its not the customers fault, but not this company. I want my refund. AVOID

Poor returns / refund process!

Returned an item on the 25th February and its now the 05th April and still haven't received a refund. The excuse has been that they have moved warehouse but after five weeks I no longer believe them. They confirmed that all refunds would be processed on the 1st April but still nothing so have had to raise a case with PayPal. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company as the customer service is poor should you need to return an item.

My original order was missing one item

My original order was missing one item, Chris was very helpful in resolving this, offering me alternatives and responding very quickly. The alternative was then shipped with next day delivery, great service.

Pre ordered a bag on March 11th

Pre ordered a bag on March 11th. Original dispatch was meant to be March 25th. Date changed to Tuesday 29th March (yesterday) still no dispatch. No response to my email. I have even asked if I can pay to get my item the same day delivery.
No way of cancelling order on my account through the webpage. You’ve had my money now for nearly a month please dispatch or refund immediately!
I wish I read the reviews on here before ordering!

Firstly, thank you for your recent purchase of the Rina bag, your love and support for the business is greatly appreciated.

We previously emailed you to advise that this bag had been delayed at customs and was scheduled to be despatched Tuesday 29th March however we are still ongoing a customs clearance issue and have been advised late evening yesterday that these bags will in fact be delivered into our warehouse today, Thursday 31st March. As a business we are endeavour to work hard to ensure your bag is despatched this evening, providing the delivery arrives in a sufficient time frame.

At the worst case scenario, we will ensure these bags are despatched tomorrow evening on a Saturday delivery service.

Whilst we understand the sheer frustration on the delay, unfortunately a customs issue is out of our control. We only act on the information provided from our freight company and this is now the third and final communication we will receive on delivery status and again as a business we cannot apologise enough for the issue.

One of my favourite clothing brands now

One of my favourite clothing brands now

Since I bought my first t-shirt from them like a year ago my wardrobe has been filled with all of the different things now, I’ve bought t-shirts, shorts, jumpers and hoodies and I couldn’t complain about any of it.

Everything has been high quality and one of my favourite things is the variety of colours that everything comes in.

Would definitely recommend Jameson Carter

Ordered £400 worth of clothes and only…

Update: JC customer service have been good at responding but doesn't change the fact I am now having to wait for potentialy 8 weeks. I have paid for clothes I do not have. This falls on the company for using such a poor delivery service. Maybe use better delivery company than Hermes who are known for this. The package arrived damaged and split open. There is a picture of this from the driver so again doesn't help me out right now. I'm down in money and half the order missing.

Ordered £400 worth of clothes and only half showed up. Now I am having to wait 6-8 weeks for anything to be resolved and that's if anything will be resolved.

The clothes that i did get and will keep seem ok at first sight

We are sorry you have had such a bad experience with the company, however after liaising with the customer service team - they have confirmed due to the situation with your claim that the parcel arrived damaged and opened by the courier they have had to launch an investigation into this.

Our customer service team have been very quick to respond to emails to yourself, they have also pushed the courier for a response regarding your claim of items not arriving.

Whilst we understand your frustration with the wait, our customer service team must wait until the courier has looked into this - they have advised this may take between 6-8 weeks as they also deal with thousands of other orders.

We are again deeply sorry for the experience you have had with this order, but can confirm we are doing all we can to ensure this is resolved as quickly and as stress free as possible.

Returns policy doesn’t exist

Clothes are great. Just hope you never need to return anything because they don’t give you the money back. Don’t have a phone number.
