I ordered a puffer jacket about 15 days ago but i got the wrong size i was really worried but I email jameson carter enquiries and the guy Chris helped me so much about what i have to do to get the right size Absolutely brilliant service

I have used JamesonCarter as few times now. I love their style and comfort of their clothing. I recently purchased a navy 'Matthews' jumper which again is such a soft and comfortable fit, but the seam split under the arm. I emailed their customer service team and Chris on their team sent me a replacement item withing 48 hrs. Great customer service and definitely recommended. Their current sale is awesome! Thanks Chris for sorting this so quickly for me.

Wrong size sent out, when contacting about this I spoke to a man named Chris, had my order sorted out and the right size sent out straight away within minutes of contacting them, 5 star customer service from Chris.

Loved this cross body bag suits me down to the ground when I don't want to carry a bulky one fab quality have no reservations recommending this brand everything I have purchased has been of high quality and didn't dissapont . Still got my eyes on other stuff

My items were left in the building lobby despite me saying to deliver it to my door as my wife was in. When I got back from work the parcel was not there and had been taken. I’ve contacted JC and am waiting for a refund. It’s been a week with no response.

Honest good clothing. Coats are warm and tidy. Smart gear. Delivery was fantastic.

I have not received my clothes due to you using Hermes couriers who never deliver the order on time or not at all I've been waiting a week to receive my clothes,but due to you using Hermes yet again it's not turned up..
This isn't the first time this has happened,after all iam paying for a service which isn't given due to the courier

Been waiting for a pair of joggers since early December where Hermes failed to deliver and sent back emailed jc and only got standard reply when we get round to going through all returns we will get back to you thought I’d have one more go and got a quick response from Chris at customer service within 24hrs a different style was on there way as original ones sold out thanks chris for your help 😀.

I ordered the wrong size shorts so emailed the next day but was told the order was already dispatched. I returned them and filled in the form to say I wanted another size but was informed I'd been given a refund for the value of the shorts but still been charged shipping..... not impressed 😕

Fitting / please don't go by the model hight as presentation photos …

Overall - will never order anything again…

Great service my order arrived the following day. I had an exchange & refund from some of the items I purchased, as I had not heard anything after a couple of weeks of returning them, I contacted the customer service email, a guy called Chris was super helpful and quick at looking into my query, he got my refund & exchange sorted in no time, was great service thank you Chris 😁

I ordered a jacket in xl they sent a large and i contacted them to say they sent wrong size, they emailed saying ive to send the parcel back and await a refund which they will deduct 2.99 from or at no charge if i exchange, so ive to pay extra and have the hassle of taking it to the post office and waiting 14 days for the remaining money back because they cant get an order right, not worth the hassle wont be ordering anything again from them, as to the reply below i can show the email saying about the 2.99 and after i posted this review i had an email saying if i kept the jacket you would give me 10% off which was no use as you had sent the wrong size to which you again sent me another email saying send it back for a refund, 2 days of emails to send an order back you got wrong

Ordered coat for my husband, arrived promptly, he's extremely happy with it, it's beautiful. Thankyou.
