2nd chance :)
Had an issue with returning the item but since leaving a 1 star review managed to get through and the issue has all been sorted now if it wasn't for how long it took to get sorted it would be a 5star as there's nothing wrong with the actual product and hadn't had any issues prior to this 1 item taking 7 months to get to the bottom of it but these things happen and i believe in 2nd chances so 3 stars for you mr carter :)

Sorted out problem with refund on one dodgy top, all other purchases have been fine and quality is excellent and vg price wise, although slow to acknowledge refund they do state this when returning, will happily continue to buy more products in the future.

Worst online purchase experience
Ordered a small hand bag about 45 days ago .. never received …. Asked for the refund and their enquiry team keep making excuses instead of giving me the refund …
as a customer I don’t care what problems you have with customs !!!!!

Jameson carter…shocking customer service
Have been shopping with jameson Carter for a while now. My partner loves the merchandise and has always been happy with what I ordered him. He ordered me a coat for Christmas and there was a massive delay so 2 of the same coat were sent. The coat was too big and so both coats were returned but in one parcel as we had lost the returns label for one. We filled out the other form and clearly wrote 2 items were being returned and took a picture of the returns note explaining that one of the returns forms were lost. My partner has been refunded foe one coat and charged for the other. He has been sent to a debt collection agency for none payment. We have fought and fought by email to explain both coats were returned but they will not accept this. Despite sending a picture of the returns note that we sent with the coats. We have had no option but to pay the invoice in full due to worry of getting g taken to court but our trust in this company which has always been good is now been ruined. Myself or my partner will never order from this company again. Clearly they have dishonest people in their warehouse returns and we have been made to feel like criminals and are now £120 lighter because of their bullish behaviour. Their customer service is shocking BEWARE!!!!!! Sad times!!!!!

I sent my item back on the 23 February, I emailed a month late having heard nothing back , I was told they hadn’t received it yet ( they had it was on a tracker) then I emailed back a couple of weeks later asking about my item ,then to be told they was a delay due to a warehouse move, again I emailed back again asking about my item only to be told it was now out of stock !!! That was a month ago, no information since, is it coming back in stock or is it in stock or we will refund your money…. Extremely poor customer service

Bought the Aiko Crossbody bag as a gift for a friend. Initially I was worried that I wouldn't received the bag in time as I had seen that there were some issues with delivery.

Great experience, fast delivery
Ordered 2 items, at 9.30pm via the JC website, and left it as the standard free delivery(3-5days), I was pleasantly surprised when the items arrived the next day at 9.30am. The 2 items (Cody Tracksuit Jumper and Cody Loose Fit Tracksuit Hoodie) are great quality and exactly as shown on the website. I also downloaded the Shop app as suggested on the website which I would recommend and this gave updates as well as receiving courier updates from Evri.
Overall my experience has been extremely positive and I will continue to order in the future.

Some initial problems but sorted fairly quickly by customer services
Had some issues initially as ordered a number of items but because one was a pre-order, all items were delayed and company did not update me on the delay. However after a couple of emails customer service rectified the situation by cancelling the pre order item and immediately refunding and then sending out the items that day.

Not the best returns system!
I received a jacket I’d ordered back in March and it was a great material, comfortable but just too big so I decided to return it. However, this is probably the worst return I have ever done. I sent the item back within 14 days, via Royal Mail with tracking as that is what the company provided. I had to chase up whether the jacket had been returned (4 weeks later), to which they replied that there was a warehouse move. (Very unconvinced) It took another email to get an actual response and this just said that the jacket had not been returned yet. However, I knew it had been because the Royal Mail tracking system showed that it had been delivered to the warehouse over a month ago.
I have finally received an email today to say that I will receive my refund within 3-5 days, hopefully this happens.
Such a shame as the jacket was amazing quality and if I’d have ordered it in a smaller size I probably would’ve kept it and not had a bad experience with the return.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Purchased a tracksuit 14th March! Was too big so returned for a refund. Used their Royal Mail returns process and tracking showed they had it signed for on the 22nd March! A week went by so I enquired. The standard warehouse problems excuse I’ve seen on other reviews was used. Another week went by. Nothing! Emailed again.. the same excuse. The email may aswell of been copied & pasted from the previous! Another week went by. Emailed. No reply.. asked PayPal to step in. Funnily enough I got a response the exact same afternoon saying my refund had been processed and I would receive my money in 2-5 business days!
That’s been & gone & obv they haven’t refunded me! I’ve sent further emails asking for an explanation and where my money is. It’s 2022, it’s not that hard to process a refund! It’s PayPal. It can be sent within hours! But here we are.. still no response.. still no refund!
Which is also odd as I see they have no issue taking payments from the various new offers I get emailed to me most days!
So overall.. if you want to return something, you don’t get refunded!

I regret ordering direct
Firstly, the positive: a speedy dispatch. Unfortunately it didn’t suit but no bother, I’d checked the returns policy and used the recommend Royal Mail tracking service with QR code. Unlike the big retailers, they charge for postage on returns so you’re probably best ordering elsewhere. I sent the item on 1st April, it was signed by their warehouse on 5th April and a couple of follow up emails from me later (with no response) I am still awaiting a refund. I wouldn’t normally flag this here but the lack of acknowledgement and basic customer service is grating, considering the amount of flash sales emails they send out. I’ve not marked these as spam yet in the hope they update me on the refund.

Will no longer use
After ordering an item that was in stock on sale I received a confirmation of the order.... 12 days later I still hadn't heard anything of shipment details. Eventually heard back from customer service although this was down to my chasing.
I was then told the item was out of stock.... clearly my item was given to someone else.
As an offer for the inconvenience again only After me complaining I was offered an additional £5 towards another item.
Have ordered many items before but will no longer use jameson Carter anymore as clearly customer satisfaction isn't important
In regards to the reply I appreciate you getting back to me although I would say the £5 I have been offered is totally irrelevant if the item I was after rrp is originally £60 but purchased at the sale price of £15. Nothing comes close to that price as an equivalent item.

Bad experience turned around
Ordered a sale hoodie which didn't turn up, after emailing they explained the courier returned the parcel as the address was incorrect with no number, even though the address doesn't have a number and is normally fine. I think it had forgot to be shipped and the issue was the hoodie was now out of stock. I emailed and dealt with Chris who to be fair to him was great in offering a replacement at a discounted rate with next day delivery for the confusion with fast responses to all my questions. If it wasn't for the service offered by Chris then Jameson Carter would have lost a customer who has purchased many items in the past.
