Amazing!!!!!!

I’ve placed Three orders with this company since Xmas and not only has all the clothing been amazing quality and absolutely gorgeous, the delivery was ridiculously fast! Best company I’ve ever shopped with! I never write reviews but feel this company exceeded all expectations and was worth a mention. Will definitely be ordering from again!

I love what i bought from Jameson…

I love what i bought from Jameson Carter even though i wasnt sure at first but now i will be first in line to always buy their clothes. Pure quality and comfortable to wear.

Brilliant customer service

Dealt with a person called Chris in customer service who was really helpful in dealing with exchanging my Christmas gifts even though they were bought November time ! Responses were all prompt and helpful.

SO DISSAPOINTED AND POOR SERVICE

So so poor delivery service! I ordered on Tuesday with 1 to 2 day delivery and its been a week and counting and still no update or item. I really needed it for the weekend as a gift but that has passed now. Now it's just useless to be honest. Really frustrated and annoyed by this. If I knew how poor the service would be I would have gone elsewhere and purchased. I have contacted James Carter and said the will update me yet no update?? I've emailed asking for an update and still waiting on that.

Will not be shopping here again.

Delivery is super quick …. Customer service are super rude

I ordered a bag and the delivery was super quick . Cannot fault that service . However I emailed customer service twice about the newsletter discount and to be honest they were quite rude and blunt . Not at all helpful . It says on the website when you signed up to the newsletter you will receive a 10% discount code . I was told to wait upto 28 days . That’s now passed still no code . My bag is lovely but probably won’t order again direct in case anything was to go wrong and I’d have to deal with the rude staff again .

Initially contacted Jameson carter on…

Initially contacted Jameson carter on the 6th January, about a refund I had sent using there returns service using the tracked return label they provided, the parcel was delivered to Jameson Carter on the 17th December, I was assured my refund would be with me by the 23rd January, Low and behold 24th January has rolled around and now they cannot locate the parcel & will not refund, clothes are great quality but wouldn't use again in fear of having to return anything. Has really left me disappointed with this company.

Ordered the mathews puffer coat around…

Ordered the mathews puffer coat around 8pm and received around 10am the next day. I love the jacket it's warm and looks nice. The zip at the bottom However, keeps coming up and could do with a draw string round the middle or bottom to tighten close to the body. Besides this I love the jacket and really happy with the delivery.

Ordered my item to my home address…

Edit** this reply was the same email I got absolutely no help to me whatsoever still claiming I wrote a separate address and offering no way to help me get my item. after someone clearly messed up my order to send it to the wrong city making me spend money to get to it after paying extra for next day delivery I reiterate the fact I will never be ordering from them again! I wouldn't mind if I was offered the slightest bit of help but it was more a case of you've paid us your parcels out there somewhere deal with it.

Ordered my item to my home address somehow got changed from doncaster to Sheffield got delivered to a HSBC bank in the middle of city center and had the audacity to say I asked for it to be delivered there when I asked them to try and sort it out they simply said can't do anything about it sorry and refused to do anything to help me WILL 100 PERCENT NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Service from James Carter has been very professional, good quality clothing,quick delivery…

The service from James Carter has been excellent. Their delivery was quick and the items purchased were of good quality.
I had 2 problems,1st was with the delivery company that had damaged?? the parcel leaving a big hole and one item missing! They soon sent out a replacement 1st class. 2nd the catch on the zip of jacket became detached They refunded the item on return. I just purchased a replacement which has had no problems.
Both issues were handled well by their customer service team. So rare these days to actually speak to a human and when you do ,to one that actually cares about providing good customer service!
I'd have no problem to recommend them.

It has been almost 20 days and have…

It has been almost 20 days and have still NOT RECEIVED my parcel, I am absolutely fuming, parcel still at depot? I think not, it is clear that Hermes has either lost my parcel or the courier has stolen it. Expected delivery date was the 24th December and have not heard anything at all. Jameson Carter are not doing anything about it and keep ignoring me when I ask for them to sort it out or give me a refund. How much longer before you sort it out?? Or do I have to make a complaint to Ombudsman?
