We have used James Removal's 3
times over the last 12 years for house
Moves, and we’re used again last week
to move my elderly mother from her house
which she had lived in for 35years to
another house closer to family . As always
the removal team of 5 were so
accommodating in every way . Nothing
was too much trouble very caring and
polite . They made my mother feel at
ease at what was an emotional time for her.
When we were moving her into her new
house the team were highly efficient
even though we didn’t get the keys till
very late into the afternoon. This company
are 5* in every way.

Both Craig and Richard were helpful, friendly and extremely efficient in their delivery to my apartment during the last weekend of March 2022. I couldn't recommend James Removals more highly. They took great care with a 200 year old enormous mahogany bureau.

Absolutely 1st class service. The guys that moved us were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They took the utmost care with our furniture, worked so hard all day.

James Removals team were very professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend their service. I had the full pack and move service plus the storage option - it was worth every penny. The items were well wrapped and the team delivered the items exactly where I asked them to.

James, Pam and the team have been amazing over the last 2 years. I had to vacate my rental property remotely at the start of Covid and the team were on hand to complete the removal to storage. I then wanted to access my belongings and James offered a great solution, and also helped me move my things into a new storage facility on site which means I can now get to my things much easier. Awesome, and thoroughly recommend James and the team.

The team arrived on time they very polite and very friendly throughout the entire move. In my opinion they went above and beyond what they had to do including putting my beds together. They made our moving experience stress free and for that I can't thank them enough.

Fantastic service!

Took the stress out of moving, very efficient and caring of our belongings. Covers for sofas, TV and canvas' were great.

All done on moving day by 3pm, for a 3 bed house move.

Avoid this company at all costs. I used James Removals for a simple flat to house move. The initial communications were fine and we were provided with details of the move.

There were a number of items that were unsatisfactory and went wrong on the day. They treated are belongings as if they were worthless. They dragged our beds and mattresses across dirty outdoors surfaces. No sign of the "blankets" to protect things as mentioned during the quote. They left our belongings completely unattended in an open van. This was completely unacceptable especially after we had been charged more for a third person when booking as we were told someone had to "stay with the van".

Once the load was complete we waited for the van to arrive. The van arrived outside and for some unknown reason remained there for 2 hours after which unloading began. No reason was given for the delay.

The unloading began and was just as haphazard as the loading. Our boxes were labelled with rooms there were supposed to be left in. The team were unable to comprehend these simple instructions and randomly left boxes in different rooms. They then proceeded to use both our upstairs and downstairs loos without asking permission. The move was during the COVID pandemic and we couldn't understand why a) they didn't ask our permission b) use a single toilet. We did complain to the company after our move and nothing was done.

James Removals were incompetent, inconsiderate and insensitive.

Great guys on the ground, in particular Frank who really went the extra mile- would recommend!

What an absolutely stellar service.

The packing team were friendly and so much attention to detail was given to make sure everything was packed perfectly.

The removal team were also just as friendly (but professional) and worked hard to make sure the whole move was smooth and so quick.

In all, made what should have been a couple of stressful days, not stressful at all. Thank you team!

Could not fault them as a company. We have recently moved from our family property of 30 years, so as you can imagine there was a lot of stuff. We had a 2 day move and the men each day were extremely efficient, hard-working and friendly. They made everything look effortless and was out by 2pm on the second day ready to hand the keys over. Matt, Adam, Glen and Dylan were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a big hassle-free move.
