I have used James Removals services for many house moves and storage over the years and they have always delivered. The most recent move was on one of the hottest days I can recall in London and humid to boot and the team just got on with it. They turned up on time, were polite, efficient and patient, packed carefully, moved everything safely .. and put everything in its right place at the other side. Lots of stuff had to go to the third floor and there were zero complaints or grumbles despite the heat and long day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

James Removals moved me from my house into storage, stored all my stuff and then 5 weeks later moved me from storage into my new home where they also unpacked clearing away all the packing. It was seamless from start to finish. The teams that were involved in this were efficient and pleasant. Can’t fault the company in any way.

The team at James Removal were amazing throughout the move process. Our move was during the heatwave and the team made every effort to ensure a smooth move despite very uncomfortable working conditions! We had the full packing service and the team were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. They ensured our belongings were packed safely, transported and put in the right room in our new house. It was all so easy for us.
I would highly recommend to others.

My task was not a big one, only a few boxes and two beds. All the staff are extremely helpful especially the customer service, from initial quotations to the actual move. I live overseas, hence their commitment to carry out the promised actions was vital. The whole move was completed on time.

The James packing removal team were on time, well prepared an equipped and completed the loading ahead of the planned time.

The delivery team were in regular contact on their journey giving a countdown to their eta. The unloading was as smooth as the packing which was stacked neatly in the correct room order.

The process was well organised and the guidance given was very helpful. The whole team during our complex move were brilliant and nothing seemed to phase them. Their energy was immense and their attention to detail was impressive. They did all the lifting, dismantling and even cleaned up afterwards.
Moving is a stressful process but the James team made it more like an adventure.
