Gary. Mark Matt and Jay were fantastic they were very professional and friendly and looked after us extremely well.
They loaded our possessions with extreme care and attention and worked very hard. Would recommend them to all our friends and relatives who were looking to move. Well done .

What a great company. From the very beginning of our contact to arrange our quote to the time the lorry left our new home they were very professional. The office staff were very polite and helpful, as was the guy who came to give us a quote. The removal team came the day before to pack the agreed items. My China and glassware were packed with care and all arrived in perfect condition. On the day of the move everything went very smoothly, taking the stress out of moving home for the first time in 30 years. I won't hesitate to recommend James Removals to anyone.

I had a really good experience with James Removals, I could not fault them when I moved home. It was a long day for them but they remained professional & friendly throughout. I found the price competitive too & actually cheaper than some other local firms. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of using them.

I had two removals with James Removals - out of my property to storage, and out of storage to my new property. From start to finish, they took the stress out of what is usually a very draining experience. They were really careful with my possessions and I felt I was in good hands at all times. Matt in particular, who worked on both jobs, was brilliant and is an asset to their company. In short, I wouldn't hesitate in using James Removals again for any works I may need in future. James removals packed up our home quickly and carefully and labelled everything very well. They were respectful and friendly and made the whole process very easy. They then moved us from one end of the UK to the other.
When unloading, they were very quick and made sure everything went in the correct rooms. They reassembled furniture with care. All round excellent service from Paul, Matt, Micky and Tony.

The team were friendly, polite and as always very helpful. They take extremely good care of your belongings, making sure everything is protected, they are efficient but they don’t rush and they are always working with a smile. This is the second time using James Removals and I’d highly recommend them. Moving is stressful but with James Removals you’ll have one less thing to worry about. Thank you team!!!

We have moved James Removals several times and remain impressed by their friendly professionalism.

On balance all went well. The staff were always courteous and helpful. Several of the boxes didn't go to where they were supposed to but there were about 300 so perhaps it's hardly surprising!

The removal men were friendly and helpful, dismantling and putting back together of furniture was great, and they were happy to move furniture around in the new place. Empty boxes were collected in a timely way.

The guys did our move over 3 days. They were on time, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Even brought my home delivery food shop into the kitchen.
Will recommend and definitely use again.

Excellent customer service from staff doing the administration to organise the move to the delightful three gentlemen who carried out the move, taking such care and patience in packing my property.

James are an absolutely amazing team who have provided us with an exceptional service every step of the way when relocating to the other end of the country.
Excellent communication from the start; we were unable to confirm dates for a while but this was not a problem and was swiftly resolved once we did exchange. We had a three day move and the guys who came were incredible. No job too big, even the many house and garden plant pots, and they were incredibly efficient and speedy. The team really made us feel at ease and remained cheerful, professional, polite and friendly throughout. A very special thanks to Glenn, Matt and Mark.
We are so pleased, relieved and grateful that we asked James to be our movers. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and if we were to do it all again, without hesitation we would go straight to them.

A high end store delivered a sofa to our home, but their delivery guys would not even attempt to get it into our flat as they were adamant that the sofa was too big to get through the door- they left it in our garage.
I contacted James, who was incredibly helpful. He came and looked at the sofa and the access route and was optimistic that it was possible to get the sofa into the flat.
James sent round two guys ( punctual and polite) who took around ten minutes to manoeuvre the sofa into the flat (through the door) , unpack it and attach the legs.
I’m thrilled with the sofa and enormously grateful to James and his men for a professional, fuss free service.
I highly recommend the removal team.

Thank you James Removals especially Pam in the office for a fantastic service. Pam went out of her way to help me to organise my move and disposing of unwanted furniture. I had problems with changes of dates due to solicitors not doing there job properly. The removal team were quick and efficient. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

Just had to write this review as I can only praise what was such an efficient and smooth removal experience from London to Cheshire. From Pam who was so helpful making sure that I had covered all the bases for the removal day to the guys on the actual day. The team who were Matt, Glen, Bryan and Lee did a fantastic job, from arriving early to unloading in Cheshire, it was quick well managed and done with care. I would certainly recommend James Removal for a stress free move. Thank you guys.

James removal sent us six men to help us move. All of them were very polite and most helpful. Our move was done very efficiently but most importantly it was done calmly and with good humour. Will definitely use them again.

James Removals provided a seamless service with full packing on the first day and removals and unloading on the second day. They were professional, courteous and considerate from the outset, from the initial survey, during contact with the office, and throughout the hard physical labour involved. They were also reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
