Excellent!!

Despite sitting on my booking for 14 months James villas , 3 weeks before departure, told me it’s cancelled and to find somewhere else and I had to do it within 7 days, this was literally hours before I was due to travel elsewhere. In a panic I quickly looked at a couple of villas, told I couldn’t have one as it was slightly more expensive. So booked one without too much info.
It was nothing like the isolated one we originally planned for, a villa surrounded by lots of others, constant noise from builders from 8am until 8pm everyday ( nose cancelling headphones didn’t help) no bbq, well there was but it was filthy ancient and had no racks so couldn’t be used anyway, couldn’t find the Bluetooth speaker? All advertised. A burglary attempt was made on our second night, very scary and meant we hardly slept at night waiting and listening, a book in the villa advised us to lock ourselves in and even when just sat at the pool or in the garden, the patio doors had patches of metal showing they have been broken/forced on many occasions.

We made a booking with James Villa but as the villa is owned by a third party we had to wait for confirmation before paying the deposit.
I dealt with a lovely lady called Rebecca who chased up the booking for me and kept to her promises with calling me back.

This is my second 5 star review of this business. In the last couple of days I have called BT and lost 3 hours of my life. Called my mums doctor and was 23rd in the queue. Had dealings on a fitted kitchen and can get no sense out of anyone.
This afternoon I called James Villa’s regarding an existing upcoming booking where I wanted to add another person but could not see how to, and it looked like there was a £75 admin fee.
The phone was answered immediately after the obligatory ‘you can get answers to FAQ’s on our website’ message that everyone has nowadays.
The very helpful Sophie assured me that there was no admin fee, only the £10 breakage fee that I knew about. Sophie then took the name and amended the booking for me and I was away and on with my afternoon in minutes, great work Sophie.
I hunt around online for prices on my holidays and many other things, like most. But I am fed up of losing hours of my time on hold or getting brushed off. James Villas have done a great job of making themselves easy to do business with.

I’d spotted a villa in a location we have had many holidays with James, my payment was not going through, one telephone call Sophie was very helpful solved the problem, we are so excited. Thank you. I always feel safe and happy with James Villas.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble and all queries answered very quickly.
We had a slight hiccup on arrival and James Villas rang us as soon as they opened the next morning. Superb.
Villa in Menorca was above our expectations and spotlessly clean-Absolutely beautiful. Didnt want to leave.

Stayed at Villa Mirte in Sa Coma Mallorca through James Villas, great communication & attention to detail throughout. James Villa team were very helpful during the booking & confirmation process. The villa has lovely living space with double height entrance hall, separate lounge, dining room & well appointed kitchen, shaded patio seating onto the pool. 2 bedrooms, bathroom & guest toilet on the ground floor, another bedroom & bathroom upstairs with private patio, with 2 further roof patios. Secluded mature garden with fresh lemons from the tree, table tennis, games & toys in the shed, gas & wood bbqs. Quiet neighbourhood 5 mins walk from the beach, restaurants & shops. Really enjoyed our visit & hope to return soon!

The customer service staff and on this occasion particularly Louise, are friendly, exceptionally helpful and helped us no end to rebook a holiday following our need to cancel this years break.
