The flowers I ordered were absolutely stunning and they think really great value for money compared to what I have seen in local Kensington Florists. The service was brilliant too. I was a little poorly organised and had ordered flowers at 9:00pm the night before I was hoping they’d be delivered. I received a call from Jane Packer at 9:00am the next morning stating they couldn’t deliver that day, but they would be with us the next morning. They could have just not called. I’d definitely recommend feeling confident about buying from Jane Packer

Flowers delivered promptly and in great condition

Due to no fault of JP flowers, DPD missed a Valentines Day Delivery for my wife. Abbie handled our complaint with the utmost care and attention keeping us updated at every stage. She kindly organised for a beautiful bouquet to be dispatched on a next day delivery which certainly made up for the initial disappointment. The quality of service and product is unrivaled and we will certainly be ordering from Jane Packer in the future.

Great customer service! My item was damaged in transit, I called them and received seamless customer support with a replacement delivered to me the next day.

Jane Packer flowers are so totally reliable- the quality always consistantly delights. A creative floral treat that is guaranteed to make the recipient feel very special.

I disliked the fact that when the note was handwritten, whoever did it spelled the name of my firm incorrectly and then tried to fix it which looked bad when it arrived to the recipient.

Have been buying my Xmas wreaths from Jane Packer for the last 7 years and they are second to none.

Truly special arrangement of fresh, colorful blooms in their unique basket. Quite elegant. I ordered from the US for delivery in London and all went smoothly. I wish they would provide a confirmation of delivery. I wrote them an email and they did respond promptly. I will order from them again.
