I love Jane Packer's Christmas wreaths and used to buy from the shop in George St, London annually. I was very disappointed when I went this year to find it had shutdown and I could not go in and choose myself from the selection made up in the shop. I was disappointed by the limited selection of wreaths online and the wreath I order (Holly night Christmas door wreath) was larger and more fussy than what I used to buy in the shop so I was personally a bit disappointed with it compared to what I used to buy in the shop; but it is beautiful and huge, so it would look amazing on a large house and most people would consider it good value for the money. It's just a bit oversized for my small cottage. However, a friend who visited said she thought it looked fabulous, and fashionably large, like an over sized handbag! The overall quality, design and delivery service were all fantastic and I can highly recommend the service - I just wish I could still go into the shop as it was such a fun and enjoyable experience. I hope there are plans to open new premises soon.

Not many flowers in the bouquet for the money.. very lack luster!

The flowers and arrangement are beautiful; however, the hatbox is much smaller than envisioned based on the website images - specifically the image of a person holding a hatbox.

I don’t know whether the delivery experience or the flowers were good since they were a gift. However, the purchasing experience was excellent; easy to buy and simple to choose from an extensive range.

The promise was "A box of the freshest seasonal flowers selected by our expert florists daily" but what arrived was "A box of whatever we had left over after we made all the other bouquets" - 2 with broken stems, one where the petals fell off after a day. For £50 total cost, not impressed.

Changed my delivery date at the last minute, which wasn't a problem. When I checked the staus the phone was answered promptly, and I was given an update with no fuss.
This was my second order with Jane Packer, the flowers were beautifully presented and I will order again.

My friend was so delighted to receive her flowers. They were absolutely stunning. She kept them on display until I saw them. Beautifully crafted. Different to the usual bouquet with thought and elegance. Thank you. Will definitely order from you again

Hi, we received the flowers on Friday and they looked amazing but by Sunday they were already drooping. The orchids were still lovely but the others were dying. We were very disappointed

Disappointing. Small roses , no list of flowers included.

The flowers were lovely but in total a little smaller than expected.

Flowers are in poor quality which Im very disappointing as I always buy Jane packer flowers

Fabulous service , flowers and a fair price for what you get

Not entirely memorable. Flowers were upturned with water saturating basket and some roses had obviously fallen. I’ve ordered from Jane packer before and they were better packed. Alas, not any more.

These were ordered for my auntie’s 90th birthday so they were sent to her nieces house where she was celebrating.

Everyone had a look at them and said how fantastic they were and she has taken them back home to Chelsea and enjoying them still.

The service was good and they arrived on the requested day and we was updated regularly on progress where the driver was.

Would thoroughly recommend !
