Jane's Boutique are a family run independent boutique based in Ashford Kent UK. We are online only specialising in plus size womens fashion. As well as the website, you can find us on TikTok, Facebook & Instagram. We send all orders out the same day Monday to Friday. Established in 2015, we have grown to be a 'go to' place for plus size and oversized fashion.

They were really helpful and friendly…

They were really helpful and friendly when they didn’t have some items I had ordered they rang me up but due to me being in bed early I didn’t answer the phone so the put a couple of different items in instead and told me to return them if they were no good

Customer sent an item back with an extremely strong smell of perfume. We cannot resell the item so as per our our refund terms on our website we have sent it back. We happily accept returns that come back in the same condition they were sent in.

Jane is lovely and they are really fantastic at what they do , love the clothes and fast delivery service , brilliant customer service and really makes a effort for the customers
