it was fun experience i would love to go there again and again

Placed an order on 8th October. Order status still says pending for dispatch. Have made attempts to contact via WhatsApp and email but no responses or acknowledgement received at all. (I'm still getting their marketing spam though!) No contact either when I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund issued.

They make several claims on their website:
'Your order is usually shipped within one business day.' 'Delivery time is usually around 1-2 weeks to most countries'

It also says 'The seller tries to ship the products within 2 business days. The seller tries to notify the customer if the shipping of the order is postponed for more than 7 days.'

Regardless, none of these have happened and I am left clueless about my order or whether the items will actually be sent. I am now about to raise a dispute via my bank.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but looking at other posts, it seems the only way to get a response from the company is to post on TrustPilot.

Candy is really cheap, it's not a scam so far got the first one of my candies ab9ut q month ago I ordered(june 17th), but because of the warehouse delay I've been waiting for about 6 months which really sucks.

My order #RN094568402JP which I placed on 28th August has not been fully delivered as of date. I received only few items of my order while the rest were never shipped.

Initially they responded saying that they had moved their warehouse and that they would compensate me with a voucher for the delay, which is why I have been very understanding and patient believing what they said.

However, almost 3 months later and I have never received the rest of my order nor did I receive a refund or even the promised compensatory voucher. Furthermore, no matter how many times I message them on WhatsApp or email them, they never responded after that first time.

I’m only giving them 2 stars because the few items I received were in excellent condition. Otherwise, I have been clearly robbed off by this company as I have not received multiple items that I paid for or a refund.
