JCS sw ltd are so helpful and go out of there way to meet your needs. Jason, Mo and the team are very knowledgeable which makes your life so easy,and any additional work you need to meet your requirements is completed on time.
The company is run by two brothers and with the team of dedicated staff it makes it the perfect place to view at leisure with no pressure.

JCS SW LTD smashed it. They met all of my requests. Responded to all of my questions and went above and beyond to make this vellfire camper perfect for me. Excellent service. Trust worthy company and very friendly stuff. If you want a camper for a great price look at JCS SW LTD. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. 1000/10

We bought a VW T5 campervan from Jcs sw ltd. Mohammed showed us several models to choose from. He prepared the campervans, so we could do a test drive. He was friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of time to decide. I'd recommend him to anyone who are interested in buying a campervan.

You're in safe hands with the guys at JCS. Bought a Bongo from them in the best condition I've seen after a lot of shopping around. A couple of months later a couple of the appliances went on them and JCS replaced the fridge and sink pump free of charge. Very friendly and professional guys.

I've recently bought a beautiful Toyota Vellfire camper conversion from JCS (SW) ltd), and it was a pleasure from start to finish. Mohamed was very friendly and helpful , and there was no pressure to purchase. He took the time to show me all the features of the vehicle, and completed all of the alterations I wanted to a very high standard. I'm delighted with the vehicle, and the excellent customer service from Mohamed.

I purchased a lovely nissan elgrand s51.
But after paying I was only given one key.Not think much of it at the time .I accepted. (Big mistake).
Now finding it costs hundreds to get another, Jcs why why ?please email me to help in getting spare key.

Just bought a van from Jcs. Amazing service, they were very helpful with the purchase, lots of information and spent considerable time showing me the different vans. There was no hard pressure sale and they were patient with me while I was sorting out finance for the van. Finally they went above and beyond, a few weeks later, to sort out a small snagging list I had.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I Purchased a Lovely Nissan Elgrand from JCS.
JCS offers Good Quality Converted Jap Vans at reasonable market value and extras if needed. They changed the speedometer to miles from kilometres for free , I don't why other buyers don't request this, or perhaps they never asked.
My first impression of the Garage ,work place area was intermediate as it was very cluttered although they are a very busy place and know their stuff.
The two brothers that run the place , have a good heart and make sure that your needs are met. The only recommendation I would ask JCS is On collection of a vehicle that a checklist is created to tick boxes that all areas of the vehicle is covered, as the mechanic kept saying oh I must show you this as well. And who knows he might have missed something .
My experience as a whole was very pleasant and would recommend them .

When we were looking for a Bongo last year, we ended up taking a look at what JCS SW Ltd had to offer. We spent quite some time looking at the different vehicles they had, at various price points and conversions. They always seem to be getting in more stock, and they had a lovely van that was in the process of being converted that caught our eye. Mo was on hand to look after us, took us for a test drive and answered all our questions. A deposit was paid, and then we had to wait for the import to be registered and the conversion finished. Any requests were dealt with, and we are very pleased with the van and the after care provided.

We bought our Nissan Elgrand from JCS last summer. I wanted to pop the van in for a mini service, to ask a few questions and check everything was looking good for our upcoming trip. I know I can Google all this, but a conversation with someone who really knows what they’re talking about is much more reassuring. Very helpful and patient with all my questions! Will continue to take our camper back to JCS for services.

These guys have gone way beyond the call of duty.
I bought an awesome sky blue Alphard. And when i broke down ( a year later) due to my own over site the helped me out big time. It has been fun and rewarding to buy a van from them.

Really pleased with these guys. Just bought a Nissan Elgrand campervan from them. Really helpful and patient as we looked at lots of different vehicles. No hard sell just left us to it but (Mo) was able to help with all questions and queries. When we decided on the right vehicle the whole process was smooth and easy and everything works as it should do.

I recently bought a Nissan Elgrand and can happily say that the overall experience has been nothing but very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure at all when I went to have a look around (twice) and they made adjustments to the interior so that it completely suited my needs when I committed to buying it.
The aftercare service has been great too and I'll definitely be keeping in touch and brining it back for it's annual service and mot.
Mo and Jason have been stellar in helping me out, and very patient with some of my 'numpty' questions, as a first time van owner. Highly recommend this as the place to go for your Japanese import.

Got this car back in November and it's been ideal so far. The fit out is great and the car is like new.

We had one small issue which was a slightly loose belt within the engine. Informed JCS and was able to get it fixed within a couple of weeks, they also changed my oil and oil filter while it was there.

Really nice bunch of guys. Tell they take a lot of pride in there world. Very helpful and amazing job done on the van. Absolutely love it! Highly recommend.

I recently bought a 2004 Mazda Bongo from JCS SW. Good service, I like the conversion, and it is well fitted out. The vehicle is as advertised, rust free and runs well. No problems.
Staff are friendly and helpful I would recommend them to anyone of my friends looking for something similar. A few have asked already

We have nothing but praise for this helpful and friendly service-we bought a fantastic Bongo with bike rack and drive away awning in the summer. JCS couldn’t have been more helpful or taken more care to make sure we were happy. When after 2 months the seat belt started sticking they replaced it with no question. Thank you!

Having had the camper since august 2020 I've had nothing but problems and the company have ignored my complaints. I've now got to deal with the £4,600 repair bill for selling me a death trap and a cracked head, as well as a very leaky, overheating slow camper. The dealer offered £500 towards the repair on the promise that I drive the Mazda Bongo with a blown head back to them but if I had done that the engine would have had to be replaced leading to even more damage. The sills, oil seals, steering rack, roof struts, brake discs, thermostat, diff seal, D bushes, cross member corroded , Wheel arches corroded, coolant metal pipe work, new head (£550) all needed replacing.
