J.D. Byrider - Parma, OH Reviews 

This is my second review, but I have had nothing but positive things to say about JD Byrider in Parma. Because my credit score did a big dip in the last year and a half, I had no other option but to go to a car dealership like JD by Ryder that offers credit to people in my situation. I would be lying if I didn’t say, I was scared to death because in the past, I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this company, but I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised at the way they have treated me and they go above and beyond when I have a problem with my car (which is rare). I simply needed to have a windshield wiper put on my car and was in the area, When I went in and asked how much they would charge me to put it on, (forgive me, but I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name, ((senior moment)) but he was very gracious and told me just give them a good review. It is my pleasure! He was very pleasant and put the wiper on and didn’t charge me a thing. They were very busy but he took time out to help me. I’m leaving this review just for that person, you know who you are. Thanks again!

Starting w April Smallwood, she answered my early morning call in distress that my vehicle took a crap. I was in tears and stressed she calmly invited us up to discuss our options. Zack was our sales manager and a phenomenal one. He really knows his job well. JerAmy also worked very hard on closing our deal. I can not say enough good things about my team today. Even Rhonda downstairs was so helpful and very knowledgeable in explianing the process. I am definitely looking forward to stopping in to see all their smiling faces. What a great sharp looking crew. After 9 hours we get to drive our new chevy home. Bring pay stubs and most customer's were in and out within a hour in new wheels. Way to go JD.

I had my Chevy Trailblazer serviced at the JD Byrider on Brookpark Road in Cleveland Ohio today. The service was very fast and I had an extremely awesome experience, especially with Ray and Rhonda. They are truly awesome people. They always treat me like family.

Rhonda is super awesome and patient. She deserves a wonderful job of keeping in contact and working with you. Really help make a difficult time much better!
