Worst experience at a dealership

I was told I. A text what I would be getting and the amount. Was misled and now in the hook for 20,000 buck. Would recommend not going there at any cost. They say you have warranty but then take months to fix won't help in a rental called corporate and basically got laughed at. My advice is stay away from all JD byrider. There out for them self any more one else. They trap you in a payment that is not reasonable and pray on low income people

Your sales rep (Mike Matt) what ever the name is had me drive 60 miles one way to look at a challenger RT to tell me that this car was sent to Canton this morning knowing that I was coming to look at this car

Anthony is the best

Anthony was the best ever. Our first time buying a car and we will definitely be back. This has been the best experience ever. Anthony is a very nice respectful guy. Go see him in Wooster. He will help you out.

Reliability, Trust, and Respect.

I really needed reliable transportation. I heard about J.D. Byrider but wasn't sure about buying from them. I had a really good experience buying from Anthony M. He treated me with respect and explained all the paperwork. He worked really hard with me over two months to find the right car for me. They have top notch cars that are clean and reliable. I would suggest JD Byrider to any of my friends.
