Purchesed a jogging suit from jd sports on the 23rd of oct to date its still saying order processing its been like that since the day i ordered it iv sent several mess to there coustmer service with no reply the item was a birthday present which is now past so my last mess 3 days ago to jd was i wanted a refund am giving them another few days then am going to tradeing standards terrible service from this company

I placed an order well in advance for Christmas for both my sons and only received part of the order, trying to get in touch with someone to find out where the two items are what are missing is a nightmare but happy to take my money, jd resolve this now,,,,,

I ordered a North face fleece jacket for my sons birthday and after 2 days the price dropped by £10.
Blacks were unable to give me £10 back but suggested I return the jacket and order another at the reduced price, which I did.
After a week the first jacket hadn't arrived so I contacted Blacks again and they said that Hermes had lost it so refunded my money!
When the second jacket arrived it was so thin and lightweight I was very dissapointed particulary as it had a list price of £65, I would say it wasn't worth more than £20!
overall a dissapointing experience

Shocking service Tesutti. Why would I put my name and address on a public forum. Is this the only means of contacting Tesutti customer services seems to be?Just another example of how poorly organised and set up this company is. Orders are wrong and on sending returns you can’t contact anyone to enquire about a refund. This amounts to theft so sort it out Tesutti you are breaking the law. Organise customer refunds please and get your act together. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Name and address is the same as my order.there was 3 orders but 2 got lost in transit and the other were surpose to be nike joggers but they sent me a mackenzie wet jacket.3 orders wronge

My experience is getting worse all the time ... i wrote to Gooutdoors regarding a pricing policy error and was advised to contact onlinereviews@jdplc providing my reference number #10014151 and my order number. i don't have an order number only a receipt number which is 01333556790.
I am unwilling to provide my home address which is the same as the delivery address on the receipt.

Items lost and replacements still not received it seems I’m not the only one having problems with this poor service

Tried to order two bottles of crept protect was told me order had been dispatched then that they could not to next day delivery. Then the order was cancelled my order number was 490164906

Tried to contact tessiture regarding incomplete order…..directed to another site with a ref number …. Well when you thought it couldn’t get any worse …. AWFUL
STILL NO FURTHER ON…..
Advice to everyone in my positon - Just go straight for the RETURN…..

Is this even a scam? after seeing the reviews I’m convinced, Very disappointing as it’s my first order maybe the last too.I made an order 26th of October expected date was the 3rd of November it’s been a week after, so many emails from yous about new stocks which I don’t give a crap about but no updates on my order #793138387 very angry customer and not surprised to see why you have so many poor reviews. Wasting people’s time and money.
