Ordered a Christmas present click & collect on the 9/12 and it said it would be available on or before the 14/12. Received a text saying it was picked,packed and despatched on the 10/12. Heard nothing else. Chased on 15/16. Told to leave it another 48 hours. Chased again 18/12. First call - put on hold while assistant made enquiries and got cut off after about 15 minutes. Called again. First told to just go into the store and ask to see if it had arrived. I had no desire to go into town the last Saturday before Christmas with no guarantee of getting the goods. Assistant then offered to ring the store (why this wasn't done first I don't know) and confirmed it was there to collect. I had to make a special trip into town, queue in a very busy shop the weekend before Christmas - not ideal. The label on the goods said it had been despatched on the 10/12. I work in town (why I ordered c&c) but finished on the 17th and I was expecting to be able to pick it up before I finished for Christmas. I also believe that if I hadn't chased it I would have never been notified and if the first person I spoke to had offered to ring the shop I could have collected it before I finished work and avoided the extra trip to town.

#10020986 not received my order 492840934 I have contacted customer services twice, tried calling the store umpteen times and they never answer. Customer services have called them and emailed them and still I have no idea where my order is. This is a Christmas present so not happy with the service at all.

I have not received my order which is a Christmas gift the address I was told to leave my details at this address which is apparently a public forum - the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and it appears I am not alone in this respect.

I ordered boots from Blacks, as they did not have stock, they arranged for delivery. The problem lies with Hermes making little or no attempt to deliver the package. After 10 days and some chasing, i received an e-mail from Hermes telling me the package had been lost. Blacks sorted the problem very quickly and I now have my boots. Hermes is absolutely hopeless, in future I will not use any business that uses Hermes for delivery

Parcel hasn't arrived and was ordered on next day delivery.

Wrote a review on trustpilot and was asked to contact them on this with a number which is #10018619 but seems this is just giving me the runaround. They've asked me for the same information that I've already given them via DM's on Twitter..
