Very dissatisfied with customer service ! I placed an order a week ago and paid for express delivery. According to website still not even out for delivery and just sent round in circles when trying to get any response from customer service .

I’m not happy putting personal information up here for all too see so this best get dealt with accordingly. Worst retailer by far with no way of contact apart from a silly bot chat that takes you round in circles and a tracking service that doesn’t track returns AFTER making an return label from the website

I wasn’t very happy with my last order from tessuti, I ordered an then was sent an email to say my order was cancelled, I went straight back onto tessuti and everything was actually in stock so I reordered a few things. 1 item arrived but on my order it was sayin my both items had been delivered, I sent an email regarding this and I had an email back saying they apologised and my order is in 2 separate parcels and my 2nd item is dispatched but the next day I had another email to sorry sorry the item is sold out, I was waiting for this as a present for my daughters birthday present an then she couldn’t have it, I don’t understand what was going on they let me order the item twice an I waited a week to find out that it was out of stock after I was told it was dispatched??? It doesn’t make sense and if I had known it was out of stock I could of ordered fro somewhere else.

What the hell is going on I'm being sent round the world to get an answer its been 5 days and my order still says order being processed yet today is the day my item should of arrived ref

#10025575 to say I am very disappointed with Tessuti is to say the least placed an order for a large sum and the delivery company they use arrived with a parcel damaged and items missing and Tessuti take your money and reply to your complaints with a ROBOT well I am not a robot and think someone from the company should be in touch to sort out this very unsatisfactory situation

I still haven’t received my order after 2 weeks of waiting. No response from customer service either. I just want a refund now.

I’m very disappointed as my parcel was set out for delivery but in the picture they showed me from where they placed it is a really unsafe place and by the time I got home my parcels were gone very very disappointing as they were Xmas presents that didn’t get received

This is not good enough! I’ve spoke to someone a few days ago they said it’s on its way and still nothing. The 17th I ordered and it’s click and collect so Litrally only going to a store so why so long. I’m not happy at all.

Very disappointed

I was really disappointed to not receive the gift I purchased on the 10th of December which was meant to come within 3-5 working days. Initially it was for my girlfriends birthday but as time went on her birthday went and I’d still not received the parcel. I thought it could be the Christmas present but it didn’t come before Christmas sadly . I don’t think I could rely on JD again to be honest.

Like most others on here it is a Christmas gift
