Direct replacement for the same orders that got stolen because the courier left them outside my house. After contact Millets they sent me the same orders by
DHL. DHL contacted me to notify me the orders were ready for collection from Londis service point at 74 Bilton road Perivale UB6 7DE, they are highly disorganised and couldn’t find the packages.
After contact Millets they didn’t find me another replacement, they simply refund me.
I don’t want the money, I want the items otherwise I wouldn’t buy them in first place.

Oder no #322766527 shocking correspondence re status of order. Still no email regarding despatch of item, told by automated system (after having to make a phone call) that the item would be with me by 9 pm 10th Feb which was yesterday & still not arrived. Waited online to speak to a "real person" to be told it would arrive in the next few days!!!. Email would be nice to confirm status instead of having to chase via phonecalls costing money & time. Not exactly encouraging me to want to order from this company again after being messed about twice.

every time i went to the store i asked for the manager and i was told he was never there to sort out the problem so asked for super visor and spoke to connor and he said my bike was broken and it wasnt under warranty i kept going back for 3 months aventually got my bike back but it was still broken i got connor to look at it he said i still had to pay i asked for the broken parts back which i still havent had till this day i kept going back in asking for steve the manager told not there so i looked for connor every time he seen me he ran to the office i asked to speak to him and every time he sent someone out to take my number and email and nothing every happened no parts back and left me with a broken bike and charged me £115

Appalling customer service. Quick enough to take your money despite not providing the correct item but not quick to send a refund, Disrespectful . They made a mistake and they penalise you and expect you to return the item and pay for it. Won't replace itthe garment until you do so. Will never order from JD Sports again. Trading Standards are now involved.
