Stunning bags but poor customer service
The Jiyo bags are really lovely! They are similar in quality to JW Pei or Topshop bags but a bit more expensive.
I was let down by the customer service team. They were unhelpful and unempathetic, which was especially disappointing given the difficulties arising with COVID-19. Similar to other reviews, I was ultimately ignored after contacting them. I would recommend this brand only if you absolutely certain of which bag you want.

I have been loving my bag ever since it came! Such a cute design and there's more space than it looks inside. Comes with a matching pouch which makes it easy to compartmentalise. Will definitely be buying more styles!

Absolutely made up with the bags I ordered.The quality and style of them is absolutely amazing.Can honestly say the nicest bags I have ever had and I have had designer. Good design and quality
