Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. Quality is mediocre, delivery was extremely slow and customer "service" nonexistent. I had such high hopes but sadly I can´t recommend this company.
Delivery took 3,5 weeks (demonstrable) as they did not fill in correct contact details for the customs and post office (blamed covid but I received packages from China faster than that.) And I still fail to receive an explenation what is "unethical" if a customer wishes to return a product which doesn´t match expectations in terms of quality, service or even origin. However, in case you do wish to buy this Indian manufactuctured plastic bag (pardon, vegan Brit DESIGNED) and live outside GB, be prepared to pay additional VAT (Brexit <3) . And if you are not satisfied with your purchase, remember that Jeenaa wants "16 pounds conducted for delivery cost" even if you pay return costs. So be SURE if you order something from Jeenaa, that you really want it. Their return policy violates EU consumer legistlation. One star for customer service´s extremely amusing explanations though!

Received the bag
Received the bag. Gorgeous, loved it! But did not expect the strap to be of such quality. There were already strands poking out of it when unpacking it for the first time.

Super nice bag
I received my bag yesterday and i am so pleased. Although I haven’t used it yet it feels luxurious and super nice. I ordered from another country so the delivery process was a bit longer than expected but Jeenaa sent the bag out in time so if you live in the uk the delivery/lead time will probably be super fast. No negative remarks but something to keep in mind when ordering internationally is the customs fee which isn’t included in the free delivery offer, but either way it’s worth it for these bags!

Makes me feel special
The bag is amazing, it makes me feel special. I got it in the Mail a week ago and still, every time I walk past it, I want to touch it and try it on. The quality feels great! It's one of those things you want in every single color.
