I love the bag, amazing, but the service was awful! I had to wait 1 month for the shipping and once delivered, they asked me to pay 26€ per customs while on Jeenaa site and order information they never told me about it! 26€ is not an insignificant amount!

The bag is lovely. It arrived quickly, and was exactly what i hoped for. The shape is beautiful, and i have already had quite a few comments about it.

Nodoby wants to buy! I bought Jeenaa bag. Didn´t like it too much AND I didn´t take into consideration teh additional VAT outside UK. All in all it wasn´t worth the money I payed in the end. However, I took pics of the unused brand new Jeenaa handbag and placed it on local websites (same price as I payed myself) and nobody has contacted me. Reselling value none :(

I got a Jiyo bag from Jeenaa as a gift and I am very satisfied with this product and brand. The delivery times were a bit on the longer side, nevertheless, I had great customer support during the whole shipping period. The bag itself is of great quality and especially the strap and materials were better than expected. Yes, the VAT is quite high but political consequences have nothing to do with the quality of the product or the company. I highly recommend their lineup and services.

The bag is amazing, exactly like in the photos. I immediately fell in love with your ethics and concept behind it. What I would like to suggest to you is to be more clear about extra charges for delivery. I can see that you write about it in "terms and conditions" but it really needs to be added at the moment of checkout in order to be more transparent. I found myself paying 30 euros for delivery (and I would pay them again for this bag) however I would have preferred to know about it at the moment of checkout. I understand you can not know the specific cost but at least mention this fact next to the cost of the product.

Improvement point: access to the day to day shipping status and follow up would reinsures (++ for foreign countries).
