Excellent plants
All arrived safely and in perfect condition and lovely plants you may have to wait until plants are of a decent size to send out but well worth the wait.
Greedy company
I have used this company before and it has been good. But since the covid crisis they have got far too greedy. They need to stop taking new orders and clear the backlog. But they haven’t they have decided to keep on taking orders. I am waiting for a mystery plant order to arrive it was a special deal. Do I need to get Columbo in the case to solve where the mystery case is
Terrible, did not receive order
Terrible. Don’t order from them!! Waited a month for delivery of plants. Received one plant. Bare roots rose which is basically dead. Despite contacting them several times for a refund/follow up on non delivery of my plants. They ignored me. I’ve since discovered Plenty of other plant selling businesses online which delivered in 3 days. Do not order from this one!!!
Plug plants, geranium and petunia
I can only speak as I find. My plug plants arrived a week apart. I received them just within the time of their dispatch window. I didn't order much but I have to say the quality of the geranium and petunia plugs was very good. Fresh and undamaged. I didn't need to throw any away. So I am very happy.

Absolute appalling company, they take your money, don’t have stock of what they’ve charged you for, don’t Email to let you know despatch dates, don’t answer the phone, answered my online enquiries after 2.5 weeks and that was just saying they will be sent from May onwards......when 2023!? , over a month after ordering plants, still no plants off them yet charged!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Like previous reviews am having great difficulty in contacting Jersey Plants about my order placed on 7th January 2020 which was paid for in full at that time. This order should have been delivered end of March early April as was practice I previous years. I have tried to email them, filled out contact form, telephoned on numerous occasion (only ever engaged tone or answering machine) written letters - last one was sent recorded delivery - without success. We live in Scotland so receiving plants in May is absolutely no use whatsoever as we need to have them in the green house for a couple of months before we can put hanging baskets out in June. Customer service is non existent. If I could have given a -* would have.

A true test of a company's lack of customer service is at times like this. I know things are difficult during this coronavirus situation but there is no excuse for the way I have been treated. I placed an order for plants, expecting delivery to perhaps take a couple of days or maybe even a week longer than when I had previously ordered but after chasing by email and letter because the phone lines were no longer being manned (probably irate customers like myself continuously ringing) I was firstly informed that part of my order had been despatched and the balance was being refunded. After a week and great concern about the possible condition of the plants that had been despatched, I asked how they had been sent, so I could chase them up. Of course they hadn't been despatched at all, it was a complete lie and when I pushed further I was told my money had been refunded. First the site should not have taken my order if it did not have the stock, I have lost all this time when I could have been doing my garden and now of course everything is sold out elsewhere so I am not able to buy the plants I wanted.
Although I have used this company in the past with no problems, after the way I have been treated with this order I will never use them again and would advise anyone considering buying from them not to. I have found a couple of other companies who I have ordered from but because of the time wasted the choice was limited because of the time wasted waiting for this order.

When it all goes wrong and delivery is delayed or rough handling then expect when you open the box to cry 😢!
1 delivers 5 boxes and 3 were trashed and now on life support.

3rd delivery several plants had not been watered sufficiently before posting and wilted !
This business has the potential to be amazing and I get the impression that a little more quality control is needed !

Half dead plants
We have received our plants which are in very poor condition. They are dying and in containers too small. Only reason they have 2*is we might be able to rescue them. We bought the same plants cheaper from somewhere else and later realised we needed more and unfortunately they were sold out The ones from the other supplier were good quality and green rather than half dead with yellow leaves.
Whilst I appreciate the current situation is challenging if one supplier can provide a product fit for purpose then there is no excuse for not doing the same.

Good plants packackaged poorly. Ordered 3 tomato plants 2 didn't survive delivery!
Ordered 3 tomato plants. Packaged poorly nothing in box to stop movement within. Therefore delivered 2 broken plants. 1 good 1. 1 dead now. 1 possibly saveable. £15 + delivery wish I hadn't bothered. Ordered a hanging basket which they've changed the wording on website so I know I have a long wait now. Fingers crossed they'll box that better.

My wife ordered some plug plant tomatoes for me. Plants arrived in a cassette. They had outgrown the cassette and were twisted, curly and etiolated. Very disappointing!
Extremely disappointed
I have used Jersey Plant direct several times and have not been disappointed. However I placed an order for a Florist Choice mixed bouquet for my mum,s 85th birthday for delivery 21.4.20. To say I and my poor mum are disappointed is an under statement. The box contained numerous fallen buds in the bottom of the box, a completely shrivelled up, dead rose and other limp, lifeless flowers. I wanted something nice for my mum,s birthday and something to cheer her up during COVID isolation.
What we received was an insult.
I managed to buy a lovely bunch of fresh flowers from our local Coop as a substitute. I am expecting a full refund from this company and they have lost 2 customers.

I cannot even get into the website! It has made me cry! Shame on you! Scam!
Absolute disgrace of a company.
Would be zero stars, but, I can't. Absolutely shocking service, I have phoned them 3 times, been sat on hold for 30 minutes each time and, gave up. Tried filling in their online form WHICH THEY DO NOT ANSWER EITHER. How the hell are you supposed to contact them. Now, allegedly, the website is down. Absolutely ridiculous. Now considering approaching my PayPal account to get my money refunded. Will give it a week and if I've heard nothing, I definitely will ask for a refund. This company has no idea about customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. JUST DON'T DO IT.
