My personal experience : run from this company.
Don’t trust the data in the site. The information is all wrong, the availability, even the currency they show isn’t trustworthy.
They do business with less then respectable, i just had an issue with one or them and have no way to get out because they cover each other and no one is responsible for nothing.
A serious advice: get away off doubtful companies. Try google flights, Expedia, FlightHub or others. Sure they’re not scams…

Recently I searched for premium economy tickets and I was charged with economy only. It diverted me to Trip.com and declassified me with no notification, I could have buy an economy ticket for cheaper only.
Trip.com is unable to cancel/amend my booking unless I pay so much extra.
I contacted Jetcost via mail and Messenger twice and they haven’t even bother to response!
Disgusting! Take your money somewhere else!

I bought an air ticket on May 10, 2024, with a promotion, the total cost of the purchase was $1,184.26. The next day, a sales representative, telling me that for fees and taxes I must pay a value of $850 additional dollars, I refused to pay this extra value and ask to cancell the pourches, but the sales representative begins with threats such as blocking my name and card so that I can never travel on American Airlines again, this is an scam since they deliberately omit information, give false information and take advantage of people who do not have knowledge about airport fees and taxes.

Scam may 9/24, ... sold a ticket in us$321, and after 2 hours they ask for us$500 more, and the worst they don't return the money... costumer service got mad and ask for the respect they don't give to anyone

Scam, ppl shouldn't use their services, they're liers, I booked my ticket and they charged a round trip, after that they called to say that I just have the confirmation to return, and no seat was available to go to my destination, they told me that I couldn't cancel my ticket, and they were asking for more money, so be careful....Scam

Do not use! Very shaddy. I spent 3 hours on phone with them and they were tricksters. They tell you that half the flight is booked and that it cannot be cancelled and then get you to pay higher price on other leg. They are highly trained at deceiving and will not not allow you to cancel even if the return tickets arre not issued yet. Very corrupt and I will advise our Canadian consumer Protection agencies.

This company is a scam, they published low prices in order to lure you to book and after they they did an technical error and if you want to book the flight that you choosed you have to pay the double, never do business with this scam company
