Jetline Cruise 

From the onset very friendly and professional, cruise booked for our group everything we needed was arranged for us. Excellent service and will definitely use jetline again.

Too expensive

Helpful and straightforward.

Booked us out of Heathrow and back to Gatwick, when I queried why this had changed they blamed the airline and were not at all customer friendly! They are the agents, not the airline! The cruise NCL was awful and dated, worse cruise ever, itinerary was changed and so we suddenly lost 2 ports and no compensation, leaving us with 5 days at sea on a 12 day cruise. The pick up time from the cruise to the hotel in Mauritius was over 2 hours after disembarkation, wrong instruction, told the taxi would come inside the port, in fact it wasn’t allowed to so we had to find our way to the port gate. When we got to the hotel, one voucher said we were bed and breakfast, another document said we were half board. We therefore paid extra for meals that we may not have needed to! We emailed Jetline cruise and asked them to clarify and received no reply whatsoever. The Mauritian hotel was in a lovely spot, however, the rooms were grubby and not of a good enough standard, these are things this travel agency should be aware of and able to advise about. 2 years ago our friends booked a cruise and when the same cruise line NCL changed the itinerary Jetline Cruise would not refund their deposit. We will absolutely not use this company again!

We like Jetline because they offer good packages and especially (for UK agents) around Norwegian NCL ships. The agents are friendly and helpful.

I was going to cancel as I wasn’t happy with the service, then I spoke to Gerry he was understanding he answered all my questions I am now looking forward to my holiday thank you

Our agent was Jerry who was extremely helpful and thorough.
Jerry came back to me when he said he would verified name and dates of birth by email to avoid any mistakes.
We have booked with Jetline before and didn’t hesitate to use again.
My only comment for improvement is the time it takes to receive confirmation of holiday after it’s booked.

We always use Jetline for our actual booking as Emma makes it so easy. That said I always research the price and stateroom using Vacationstogo and Costa cruises, that way I always know I'm getting a great deal. We have our next 5 cruises booked via Jetline 😂. Well done Emma and the great team.

Only one slight problem with a transfer that was sorted before we set off so would highly recommend Jetline when putting together a cruise package.

Jerry very helpful in getting the right cruise and flights from the airport of our choice. We were not the easiest of customers to deal with due to our particular requests but he was brilliant with us. Nothing was too much bother and wouldn’t think twice about booking with Jetline again. Have used them twice before.
