Both members of staff I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and helpful, initially when I was booking the holiday and again when I had several questions I needed answers to. I felt they were doing their best to book the best holiday experience for me. My only disappointment was that the documentation wasn’t emailed to me and after ten days I had to phone up to find out what had happened to it. It was then sent out that day but I had a few days when I started to worry that I had been a victim of a scam as I couldn’t understand why it would take so long to email the details to me. I needn’t have worried however because everything is fine.

Emma made booking easy and was very helpful. She provided answers to all our questions and gave us good advice as it is our first cruise.

The holiday was more or less as advertised on paper.
A little slow sending the itinerary.
Our holiday isn't until later, so I can't comment on that yet.

Emma was amazing in how she managed to find flights etc. and secure our booking. She was excellent in how she dealt with the whole booking and also the follow up information.

We haven’t dealt with Jetline before so this was a new experience. Pleased to say it went very well and a BIG thanks to Deepika, the agent we dealt with. She was very informative and throughout the process of finalising the initial/main part of our trip, i.e the cruise, she called on a number of occasions to let us know how things were progressing.

We have still to finalise details such as specific flights, hotels and extra etc, but it has been explained to us these matters will fall into place once flights etc. are available.
