We had a brilliant experience with Jetpets. From the first enquiry to the final drop-off, the staff were professional, kind, and clearly cared about our pet’s wellbeing. They explained every step of the process, kept us updated, and were always quick to respond to emails and calls, which really helped reduce our stress.

Our pet arrived happy, calm, and in great condition, and it was obvious they’d been well looked after along the way. For the level of care, organisation, and communication, we found the cost very fair and good value for money. We’re extremely grateful and would highly recommend Jetpets to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and reliable pet transport service.

From start to finish, our dogs journey from Melbourne quarantine to Sydney airport was straight forward and easy thanks to Jordi and the team at Jetpets.

We had a fantastic experience with Jetpets who we used to transport our dog from Australia to New Zealand. They were super communicative throughout the end-to-end process, and they were also very flexible when we needed to make some logistical changes because of our own moving schedule. We had previously relocated our dog from
the USA to Australia and had an entirely different experience with our chosen pet transport company, so it was a huge comfort to feel we were all in safe and competent hands. We will be using Jetpets again and we highly recommend their services.

Cannot praise this company highly enough. From the beginning to end they were helpful informative and caring. We transported both our dog Groot and our cat Rocket from Melbourne to London. We got the crates early as Groot had never been in one and that was so easy and the delivery guy was amazing put me at ease straight away. The document process was clear and precise and very easy to follow. The day arrived and pick up was so calm and easy, updates the entire way. When they arrived they were happy to see us but more interested in their new surrounds like nothing had happened..... They have settled in beautifully and adapted well beyond my expectations and I believe that is due to their caring wonderful experience with Jetpets. I couldn't recommend them more. Everyone we dealt with were amazing!!! Clearly all passionate animal lovers.

Mel and the team at Jetpets were absolutely fabulous when bringing my cat from Australia to the UK. It was such a big move, and I was quite anxious but Mel was really patient and understanding.

This is our second year using Jetpets to take our small dog to Australia for the winter and then back to New Zealand. The process was seamless both years, the staff are friendly on both ends (Aus and NZ) and are also very helpful and responsive to email questions. They help you with the dates for the veterinarian appointments, and the veterinarians that work for Jetpets are really friendly and easy to deal with in both Australia and NZ. During travel time the team keep you informed of your pet's progress along the journey, and help get the pet through customs on both ends of the journey. I would highly recommend using Jetpets and I will be using them next year again.

We are so thankful to Pet Express & Jetpets who got our dog over to Australia smoothly and as easily as possible! It's a long process, and we had to make alterations during it due to visa delays, but no matter what they were extremely helpful at all stages, and provided all the information we needed to adjust and ensure our dog got over without a problem. They were extremely experienced with the process and we felt comfortable the whole time even with the many requirements Australia has for importing pets. Our dog is now with us in Australia, and we're so happy!

I used Jetpets to transport my 10-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Coco, from Brisbane to Auckland and they were fantastic. The team was professional, caring, and incredibly responsive – answering all my questions quickly and providing clear information. Katie, our consultant, along with the vet and handlers, organised everything within tight timeframes and made the whole process seamless. Coco was well cared for from start to finish, and I felt completely reassured throughout. I highly recommend Jetpets if you’re looking for a reliable, professional service that truly cares about your pet’s wellbeing. In terms of price they were also very competitive.

Chloe and the team at Jetpets were fabulous. They made the complex problem of moving our cat and dog to the United Arab Emirates a seamless process. They made all the bureaucracy simple for us, booked the flight, picked up our pets from our door in Sydney and delivered them to our door in Dubai, and sent updates along the way.
What also struck me was that they all seemed to be pet-people. No one seemed to be just doing a job! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Jetpets assisted us with relocating our large dog from Australia to the UK in February 2023, and then back to Australia in September 2025.

I have been following along numerous community posts that have been looking for a dog called Peppa. Peppa was flying from Harvey Bay, transiting through Brisbane, enroute to Perth. The dog escaped the Jetpet handlers in Brisbane airport and was missing for 4 weeks. Eventually found near the airport in a construction site where she first escaped into. This is appalling, they should not be taking dogs from their crates in the open to put them on leashes to walk and toilet. This should occur in a fully enclosed room where there is ZERO chance of escape. Since Peppa's escape, a number of other people have reported online that the same happened to their animals. EXERCIZE CAUTION using this company. They should have an obligation of care. Peppa can't speak out so I'm speaking out on her behalf. Here is a copy of here story on FB -“Peppa” went missing at Brisbane Airport during a layover on August 18, 2025.
She was traveling from Hervey Bay to Perth with JetPets when she escaped. “Peppa” was found in the bush area on Quantas Dve near a construction site almost 4 weeks after she she went missing. On Wednesday a truck driver reported sighting her on Qantas Dve, rescue volunteers moved the trail cameras and food station to this area. That night “Peppa” was seen on camera. Her Mum (owner) was flown in the next morning & “Peppa” had calmed down enough to approach her Mum whilst she sat near the feeding station.
“Peppa’s” story is testament to a dog’s incredible instincts & adaptability to find food, water & shelter to survive for a significant period of time in the wilderness". Jetpets didn't even have the courage to post online on their own FB page. Shameful.

We found it very disappointing to see that the photos and videos shown on the website differ significantly from reality. There was no Jetpets staff present to receive our cats upon departure, nor to hand them over to us at arrival.

The crates we supposedly purchased and that were meant to be prepared for our cats turned out to be used, dirty, covered in dust, and in very poor condition. Zip ties had to be used on the crate doors to prevent them from opening, and we believe that because of this, one of our cats injured her nose, she arrived at the destination with three cuts and blood on her nose.

I would never use this service again.

I have been in contact with the Jetpets team for over a month, and throughout this time you have all been so kind and helpful in assisting me with confirming Fedex’s journey to Perth. Your support has meant so much to me.

We are so happy with the amazing service from our Jet Pet handler, Tiana. She delivered our dog to us in Perth after his flight from Melbourne and took such wonderful care of him. Our dog was calm and happy when he arrived, and it’s clear he had been handled with so much love and care. We’re truly grateful for Tiana’s professionalism and kindness. We’ll definitely use her service again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone needing pet transport!

I write this review with a heart full of gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Jetpets in partnership with Grace Removals. I am sure many fellow pet parents will relate to our story. Just 30 days before my relocation across the globe (Australia to the USA), the company I had hired—and fully paid—to arrange my cats’ relocation (Gandalf and Farofa) let me down. The contract was cancelled, and no refund was issued. Since 30 days is the minimum time required to organize an international pet relocation, given the complexity of the process, I felt a deep sense of despair.

In that moment, I turned to Grace Removals, who were already handling my household move. On the same day, Darija Kutni from Grace connected me with Rachel Eyles from Jetpets, who quickly provided a fair quote. I accepted it, and within just a few days, my cats’ journey was fully booked and all arrangements coordinated to fit with my travel plans.

It is difficult to express the relief I felt—from the fear that my cats might not be able to relocate with me, to the peace of mind that came with the professional, responsible, and genuinely caring service Rachel and the Jetpets team provided.

When the weekend of the trip arrived, we dropped Gandalf and Farofa off at Hanrob Pet Hotels, carefully selected by Jetpets. Although parting with them was hard, I was reassured by the attentive care they received, along with prompt updates from the hotel staff. Jetpets also kept me informed every step of the way, from the final vet check-up to documentation and flight check-in.

Upon arrival in the USA, my cats were reunited with me just a couple of hours after landing. They were understandably a little stressed, but safe, healthy, and secure in their travel crates.

To everyone who played a role in bringing Gandalf and Farofa safely to the USA and reuniting us—I offer my most heartfelt thanks. To anyone reading this review, I give my strongest recommendation to Jetpets, Grace Removals, and Hanrob Pet Hotels.

JetPets organised the journey of our cat Chichi from Canberra to Vienna. We are extremely satisfied with their service from the first contact until the happy reunion with Chichi. Chichi arrived a bit tired and alarmed—unsurprisingly—but settled down amazingly quickly and immediately got back to being her playful and purring self. Everyone we encountered along the way in Canberra, Sydney, Doha, and Vienna was very responsive, compassionate, and competent. It is hard to imagine a better way to organise and handle such a complex task. Thank you a million, JetPets, for your service and good luck with helping ship pets around the world.
