Absolute shambles
Absolute shambles. I ordered a charm and they sent me the wrong charm and WILL NOT refund me. I do not recommend ordering from this website and I will never order from here again. Also if you do choose to order from this website and they send you the wrong item please be warned that the customer service that they provide only cares about keeping your money therefore I wouldn’t even waste your breath. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
