Disgraceful and abysmal service.
I paid for two items in my order and have only received one. The company have put an automated answering machine on their phone lines directing you to the website which is no help whatsoever. I submitted a contact form entitled as urgent and 4 days later have received no contact. This is absolutely disgraceful and will be the last time i purchase from either jewellery depot or their main company Joshua James.

Let’s you book and pay for next day…crap
Let’s you book and pay for next day delivery then doesn’t arrive until 3 days later they say was booked after 3pm they still charged for next day delivery numptys never using again
