I am really happy with the repair to my engagement ring. It was only a 'cheap and cheerful' basic 9ct gold ring with a single CZ stone. Having been worn everyday for the last 44 years (since I was 16!) it has actually lasted very well! Time and wear had meant it needed new claws and the stone replacing. Obviously my ring means a lot to my husband and I and from my first contact with JD I have felt it was in 'good hands'. Their communication with me was excellent. I knew what was going on every step of the way. The repair is fantastic quality, it looks as good as new! Sending and receiving my ring was also straightforward. I genuinely recommend JD to anyone needing a jewellery repair. I felt quite anxious sending my ring in the post but I needn't have. Absolutely first class, thank you.

Great very pleased with the repair on my watch it’s been done perfectly but it is slightly small because I took out 10 links before sending it but I’m hoping it will give a bit with wear. Entirely my fault but I think it will be ok it’s feels a bit tight at the end of the day but hopefully it will stretch a bit. A really good service thank you.

Had to get my links of London repaired & the service was excellent start to finish.

Used this online shop for repairs before but it's been a while because the previous repairs have lasted. A chain snapped at the clasp and lost a different stone on a previously repaired ring so sent them off and exactly as before, repaired and returned with no issues exactly as states on the website.

My ring had been damaged, the setting was knocked off and the stone missing.
Handed in a picture of my ring and it was restored to near enough its original look.
Price was very reasonable and I’m so happy to have my ring back, was given to me by my daughter so holds sentimental value.

My 2nd time using Jewellery Doctor and I couldn't be happier with the results. The only thing I would've done differently is clean the links of my Sweetie bracelet before sending it off for repair - but that's on me. Jewellery Doctor communicate very well, including setting expectations, it's 5 🌟 from me.

I had tried to get my Links of London bracelet restrung locally but the jeweller said they couldn't do it and quoted me a large amount of money to send it to someone who could. I decided to investigate and came across The Jewellery Doctor who were asking a lot less. The reviews were good so I asked for the pre paid envelope and duly sent my bracelet off. Once I had accepted the repair it was very clear what the price would be including the postage. It was at least half what I had been quoted at the local jewellers and I chose the most expensive postage option. The process was simple, the communication was first class and my bracelet was returned in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others. Thank you!
