I was dubious about sending my Links of London sweetie bracelet for re stringing to the Jewellery Doctors.
Rest assured everything was great.

The whole process took about a month and my bracelet was returned ready to wear with Royal Mail special delivery post, which wasn’t cheap.

Great! I used Jewellery Doctor recently to mend a broken Links of London sweetie watch. The whole process was really smooth and hassle free. Barry was also really helpful when I realised I’d missed 3 links and I needed to get those to them too. Would definitely recommend.

I broke my engagement ring 2 years ago, it sat in a box because a local jeweller said it was not worth fixing despite what it meant for me!
I saw their advert and sent a message within a day a prepaid envelope arrived so I put my loved ring in there and sent it off. Immediate confirmation of arrival a couple of days to evaluate repair.. and then agreed and a week later it’s home and back on my finger!! Looking absolutely perfect. Cannot thank these guys enough!
