Not having done anything like this before as, being your jewellery you are very wary. I have received my wedding ring back after being repaired by Jewellery Doctor and couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. The skill & craftsmanship put into the repair is, next to none, brilliant. Everything was made very easy & explained clearly, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to send any other items I have to be repaired, my rating is excellent & truthful for Jewellery Doctor.

I was slightly anxious initially when using this service, however, I am 100% satisfied with the results for the repair to my Links of London watch and would definitely recommend and will have no hesitation to use again.

I was kept informed at every stage, my item was returned within a quicker timeframe than anticipated and I am really pleased with the results.

The service I received from The Jewellery Doctor in replacing a lost stone from my engagement ring was second to none. Their communication throughout was quick and efficient, the price was reasonable for fixing the damaged metal prongs and replacing the diamond itself, and although I imagine the repair was delicate and fairly complex, the turnaround was completed within the timeframe set by them. I was extremely pleased with the result and my repaired ring was absolutely delightful to wear again. Overall, I found this a positive experience and I would definitely recommend The Jewellery Doctor.

​I have used Jewellery Doctor for everything from standard resizing to complex restorations, and I am always delighted with the results. They recently resized my platinum and diamond wedding ring, and in the past, they even rebuilt my mum’s wedding ring which had been cut off and twisted. Whether it’s replacing missing diamonds, plating white gold, or resizing, the work is exceptional. My jewellery always comes back sparkling like new. Highly recommended!

I foolishly tried to stretch my garnet ring and doing so the stone fell out so I sent it to the Jewellery Doctor in November 2025. They sent me A prepaid envelope. They kept me informed of the progress of the repair. It took about four weeks they had resized the ring and put in a larger stone. When I recieved it back it looked amazing (the old stone was included in the packet) the fit was perfect. They advised me of the price before undertaking the repair. I can't fault my experience.

I had lost the stone out of my engagement ring and sent it to the jewellery doctor to fix. Excellent communication throughout. Very quick turnover and received my ring back fixed, cleaned and straightened up.

Brilliant place for jewellery repairs or in this case making a whole new earring to replace one I’d lost. I also had another single earring which couldn’t be copied but was made into a pendant- have used this company often as they are extremely professional & offer an excellent service at a reasonable price. Will continue to use The Jewellery Doctor for all repairs
