Brilliant place for jewellery repairs or in this case making a whole new earring to replace one I’d lost. I also had another single earring which couldn’t be copied but was made into a pendant- have used this company often as they are extremely professional & offer an excellent service at a reasonable price. Will continue to use The Jewellery Doctor for all repairs

This is my second time using Jewellery Doctor. I previously sent in two rings a few years ago and they were absolutely fabulous! This time I sent in six rings and again the customer service is 10/10. I had been a bit unsure about sending my jewellery away in the post but the process was easy and the updates were reassuring. This was the first time I used the service, and was nervous about sending my engagement ring away. Came across the Jewellery Doctor online when looking to get my Daughters Links of London sweetie bracelet restrung, it was an easy straight forward process to get he repair done via The Jewellery Doctor, now back with me the bracelet is as good as new!!

This was the first time I had used this company and I was not disappointed. My partners signet ring was repaired and cleaned and I had the opal in my dress ring replaced and the claws repaired for a reasonable price. I asked for a resize and stone replacement for my ring and they were great. They sent me the envelope in quick time, kept me updated throughout the process and I got my ring back and im thrilled. It looks beautiful and fits wonderfully. I'm really grateful and would recommend their service to anyone.

Sent a bracelet for a quote as a link had broken. They sent a postage paid envelope, they kept me informed of every stage, when the bracelet arrived for repair, when I excepted the quote repair and when they sent it back. When I received the bracelet back I had a question about the repair and they replied straight away! Fantastic customer service! Would definitely recommend 👌
