Great service. Highly recommend.
Waited a little longer than expected to get an opal replaced in a ring but it was well worth the wait. It turned out that the first replacement stone they sourced was not of the quality they wanted so they had to get another, hence the slight delay. I now have a new opal in my ring and I am absolutely delighted with it. The ring looks beautiful again after a skilled repair of my jewellery.

My LifeSaver!!!
My Links of London bracelet got broken. I am shocked when knowing that Links is no longer exists.
I searched online for a repairing shop, luckily I come across Jewellery Doctor! They offer speedy & professional service to restring my bracelet, as well as an easy & trustful logistic way to collect & deliver back my stuff. I am deeply grateful for his help to give back the life of my cherished piece of jewelry 😍

I originally gave a 4 star review but I’ve changed my mind. I’ve only just had my bracelet back and it has broken AGAIN already in the same place. I paid £58 for a link fix ( with postage) on a clogau bracelet with £110. I’m really unhappy about this fix now. Very poor and extremely disappointed with jewellery Dr. I would never use them again.

We were concerned to see your review, as this is the first we have heard about this. We've checked our records and haven't received an email or call from you to let us know the repair had failed, so we unfortunately haven't had the opportunity to put this right for you.
Your repair is fully covered by our warranty. If you had contacted us directly, we would have been more than happy to sort this for you immediately. While we pride ourselves on the quality of our work, silver is a soft metal and on very rare occasions, a repair can fail. We always stand by our craftsmanship and would have rectified this without question.
In your previous review, you also mentioned our delivery charges. While we understand your concern, our prices simply reflect the costs charged to us by Royal Mail for a fully insured service. To clarify, your bill was for a £36.00 repair and £18.00 for return delivery, not a £36.00 delivery charge. This was all detailed in our clear delivery policy, which was linked in the quote you approved before payment.
However, we do value customer feedback. We have recently made changes to our postage policy, including absorbing the initial postage cost into the repair price and adding two new, cheaper delivery options to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.
The hundreds of 5-star reviews we've received are a testament to our commitment to quality service. We genuinely regret we weren't given the chance to provide you with this same positive experience by resolving the issue under your warranty, as we would have been happy to do.
Totally amazing service
Totally amazing service. I sent two chlobo bracelets to be restrung , two rings to be resized and a pendant which had a piece broken and the service had been top notch from start to finish. I didn’t have a repair of a replacement diamond in one of my rings as I found out that they were much more expensive diamonds than I first thought however my other pieces were sent back gleaming. I am now able to wear them instead of them sitting in a jewellery box
