Fantastic selection of glasses. Very helpful staff and totally enjoyed my experience at their store. I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

Great experience in store with staff. They fitted the glasses when they arrived which is rarely done now. My ears are lopsided so fitting is important. I got two pairs of varifocals. It was the easiest transition to new glasses I’ve ever had. I use them for sport as well and they sit securely on my face.
Just got my second pair of glasses from jimmy fairly and again so beautiful and i love the style so much. I would love to buy maybe sunglasses next time! Prices are good in my opinion.
Today, I went to Printemps Paris and had the loveliest experience with them.
Thank you, again.
Helena and Hana are amazing! Attentive, Knowledgeable, Friendly and very helpful during my visit! Definitely will come back to this store!
I visited your Greenwich shop a few weeks ago and met the very helpful and lovely Jerome. I was so impressed that I returned today and he helped me find the right glasses. Thank you Jerome. A very valuable asset in your establishment.
I never write online reviews but I had such good customer service in Jimmy Fairly Soho (Lexington Street) that I felt the need to. I went in as my glasses were faulty but in warranty and the team replaced them within about 15 minutes in store. I expected to have to send off for them but they happened to have them in stock. Super friendly team and such a positive experience. Thank you!
Excellent service at the Luxembourg city store.
Always professional, always with a smile.
I keep coming back…
The lady who served us at Galerie Lafayette Paris was so helpful and particularly nice without being forceful. I would definitely come back here.
Jimmy Fairly Brighton never disappoints! Exceptional customer service, a welcoming team, and a superb range of stylish, contemporary frames at great value make every visit worthwhile. It’s this consistently high standard of service and quality that keeps me returning. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I ordered two pairs for collection at the Soho store. After two weeks with no collection notice, I chased it. Customer care replied in writing confirming both pairs had arrived and were ready to collect.
I travelled to the store on the strength of that email. Neither pair was there. Staff couldn't locate either.
The replies tell you why: every email came back in under five minutes, cheerfully worded with emojis. No human checks stock across a store and responds that fast. This is an AI bot auto-confirming orders as "ready" with zero verification, and the false collection confirmation was the direct result - and no transparency whatsoever about its use. When I complained, the reply admitted they would now "ensure everything is physically confirmed before advising you again" - confirming the first message was never checked at all.
There is no phone number and no way to reach the actual store, so you cannot verify anything before making a pointless journey into central London. After all this, my glasses still could not be located, so I have given up and requested a full refund. Deploying an unverified AI to tell customers their orders are ready when they aren't is irresponsible, and I regret ordering here.

Loved the brand however they sent me a defective pair with literally different colours from the photos, bear in mind it wasn't a different colour pair but one that had different colour arms and body with crooked arms that took over two weeks to deliver, which they unfortunately refused to replace.

Avoid Jimmy Fairly at all costs!!!
They are nothing but a highly marketed trend brand with shockingly low product quality and appalling customer service. When I first emailed their customer support about my issues, they completely ignored me. It wasn't until I publicly called them out on social media that they finally bothered to reply. They only care when their public image is threatened.
Within just a month and a half, I ordered two consecutive pairs of prescription glasses from them. Both pairs were completely wrong and unwearable.
I have the official invoices to prove their gross technical negligence:
Order #0002366151: Measured my PD as 31/31, Height as 15/15.
Order #0002458534: Measured my PD as 30/32, Height as 17/17.
Human pupillary measurements do not change in a month. A 2mm discrepancy in Height alters the optical center of a lens, inducing severe prismatic effects that cause optical distortion and intense dizziness. They are delivering medically incorrect products.
To top it off, the build quality is absolute rubbish. The plastic ring on the frame has completely cracked and detached on its own. The glasses are literally falling apart. Even with all these massive failures, they refused a refund after 10 exhausting email exchanges, hiding behind legal loopholes to force a 'remake'.
I am absolutely not risking my eyesight with them a third time!!!!

I ordered 2 frames with optical lenses from the Antwerp store. Unfortunately there was a system error and my order got delayed. During this process Antwerp store’s team helped me with sincere care. They gave clear information on the orders’ situation and the timing of the delivery. It is always a great pleasure shopping and even hanging out in the JF Antwerp store! Thank you!
A lovely experience. The Sales Assistant was helpful and went above and beyond to locate a pair of sunglasses I bought last year.
Excellent customer service and very happy with my purchase and I would certainly recommend.
Great experience in both Barcelona locations, Diagonal and Gracia. Did my complementary eye test service in Gracia with very helpful recommendation for sunglasses prescription glasses. Ordered the glasses to be delivered to London - love this international team 🫶🏼
Great marketing, DREADFUL quality and NON EXISTENT customer services.
Last week whilst on holiday I noticed the film on my polarised sunglasses was starting to peel and bubble. I immediately contacted customer services who gleefully replied that my glasses were out of warranty so there was nothing they could do. I wrote back to explain that this is a technical fault with the glasses and the warranty is irrelevant. They simply ignored my email.
Today I made the journey into a store, the store manager agreed there was a fault but told me the cost of replacement would be £280, she was willing to offer me a £40 discount!!! I paid £480 for these glasses, if I was to pay the additional £240 this would mean these glasses had cost me £720. Jimmy Fairly are washing their hands of this issue and are refusing to reach a fair compromise. Under the consumer rights act they are required to provide goods that are fit for purpose. These ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Furthermore, I have seen on Trustpilot that this is a recurring issue with their glasses, buyers BEWARE

Before I start, the Edinburgh store staff are amazing this review is against the company not the store - I have had 5 pairs of Jimmy Fairlys never any issues. A short while ago I purchased a further two pairs, a regret I now have. I was wearing one of my pairs purchased 2 years ago when a friend pointed out that the film was PEELING off the lens. I immediately contacted support, sent photos, I was replied to and told they would do nothing as I was one month out of warranty… £300 down the toilet and I’m now stuck on holiday with a faulty pair of sunglasses of which I can’t go out and buy more as they are prescription. Years of a loyal customer, about a thousand pounds spent all means nothing - the ‘amazing’ customer services only boils down to quick replies with no real help and the quality you expect is just high end branding. Good staff can’t fix a bad product. Excited to see what faults I end up with for my other pairs the second they leave their warranty too! 🥳
