A straight forward process to purchase a car from this company. As happens with some second hand cars there are a few “niggles” but they took responsibility and fixed them without any fuss. Would recommend them for the quality of cars, and all round value.

Listen to the negative reviews and don't hold your breath thinking they've got your best interests at heart.

We put a deposit down (monday) on a car, making an appointment to view on the Friday. Thursday comes and we receive an email to say...

"Hate to be the breaker of bad news I would call you but for some reason I cannot find your number.

The Volvo has had its health check/mechanical inspection and has been deemed unsellable at this current moment."

Funny how they had my number when attempting to call 5 times the weekend prior, no all of a sudden it goes missing.

When questioned they replied with...

"They have not completely dived into the situation as of yet.

Appears to be a lack of power most likely caused by an issue via transmission. (this is a common fault in Volvos)"

On their site they claim all cars are put through a 114 point mechanical check prior to being advertised, which is either not true or wasn't done.

If they've sold it someone else before honoring our appointment then that's disgusting behaviour. At least have the cojones to say it as it is.

I purchase the vehicle and had it delivered after viewing it online. JJ provided an honest appraisal of the vehicle, very clear videos describing the vehicle condition and great call and text communication regarding delivery, over 250 miles and on time. Very happy thanks JJ

What a great service. Oliver was super helpful and no question was too much, even received a congratulation card which was a lovely touch. I would also like to say that the delivery driver Pete, was great, keeping in touch on arrival time and making sure I was happy before leaving. Brilliant service all round.

Corrie was a friendly chap. Made us feel welcome and explained everything in plain English. There was a great selection of cars on offer and we found our perfect one.

Excellent service and support to purchase our new car. We had not booked an appointment but were able to view the car we had seen online (booking is preferred) and take if for a test drive. We were talked through the optional extras and everything was clear. We arranged to collect the car and it was fully valeted with MOT updated. Can fully recommend Cornelis Seyn and JJ Pre4mium cars

Lucy was amazing!! Her customer service was outstanding and the personal card I received after purchasing the car was a lovely touch. The car is amazing but I am just waiting on my SD card for navigation. They have assured me I will get the card very soon.
