Brilliant customer service Jack was very helpful and replaced a broken rod

Ordered and was supposed to be delivered next day ! Evri lost my parcel i emailed jack (the owner) sent out the items again ...
I received them today and worth the wait quality is top notch and the price is so good will definitely be using again 10/10

I bought a carp fishing stand and unfortunately the screw handle was damaged when it arrived.
I contacted them and the service was fantastic. A replacement one was sent immediately, continuous feedback and shipping notifications were a plenty.
5 star rating doesn’t do them justice.
Definitely buy from them again.

Items came missing but was sorted after contacting

I made a order one of my items were missing so I emailed them to find out what was going on they emailed me strait back and offers a refund or they can resend the the item that was missing would use again

I recently ordered a hoodie for a present but unfortunately the size i ordered was incorrect so i had to return it 🤦‍♀️ Returning the item was straight forward and when I contacted the company they replied within a day or 2 and kept me well informed. Definitely would use them again.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I order 10 deadbait pike traces and only 8 arrived otherwise 10/10 for shipping

I ordered some leads off eBay from jkoutdoors and unfortunately the packaging was damaged and the leads fell out in transit but after a few emails they sorted it straight away and sent me a new package they were very helpful 👍🏼

Order several item off the website all delivered in good time. One item was sent incorrectly once I contact them the correct item was sent out and arrived promptly. Will definitely be using again

Ordered some pva bags (ngt) as i like the 200mm length on these.
Price was spot on.
Had a delivery issue, but it was all down to Royal Mail not the seller !.
Comes with the seller were great and I will purchase from their website again
