SCAMMERS!!! SAVE UR MONEY GO TO A GENUINE COMPANY !!!!!

Absolutely disgusting scammmerss please to anyone going to order rings. Off these scammers don’t!!!!!
I paid £113 for my ring and not received anything and the don’t even get back to you !! Save ur money and go elsewhere because your loosing your money and don’t receive anything at all I’m going to the bank to tell them iv been with these and fraudulent!!!!!!!!!

I haven't received my order they gave…

I haven't received my order they gave me a tracking number but the postcode don't match apparently it got delivered on 12th February but on 17th they emailed saying I have to cancel my dispute to get to a refund as they was backlogged with orders they haven't sent me my ring or a refund clearpay has closed the dispute but I still have to pay for a none exsitant ring there emails don't match up with when it was apparently delivered avoid this company at all costs

Scammers.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

This company is a TOTAL SCAM. Take the payment but give NOTHING in return. Constantly tell you that it's in production. Never arrives. Terrible Terrible company. Lost all my saving to get my wife a ring.

Joancee UK - rip off and not UK at all

Awful company. They are giving impression that they are UK based, they are not. The items are coming from China.
My mother bought a ring as a gift. When it arrived it was huge. She emailed immediately to arrange a return. The returns information coming through was painfully slow. The emails didn't give explicit instructions for the return process. Eventually after many emails, the return address was provided and it is indeed China. Ring returned at a cost of £22! Of course it now has to be received before a refund will be given. I note that the returns info states another £10 will be deducted from the refund for their shipping costs. I've advised my mother to do a bank charge back now.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They rip you off!
I needed a replacement ring, placed order and they sent me the wrong ring, looks completely different, when I contacted them I had to pay delivery fees of £23.00 (outside uk) and they would not give a full refund and WOULD NOT pay for postage. Even though they sent the wrong item to me.

Absolutely joke of a place

Absolutely joke of a place, they ruined my proposal to my partner and i didt even receive my item. Iv ask for money back and theu saying 60% I can get back. You have messed my big day up. They won't give me my full refund and iv bin asking for 3weeks now

Firstly I never moan but I have to…

Firstly I never moan but I have to leave and honest review.

My partner purchased a ring for me from this website. He proposed with it but it was too big ( their sizing is definitely out!) I tried to just get the ring re sized at a local jewellery store but because of the material they couldn’t do this without damaging it. I contact Joancee to exchange for size down. Their communication is terrible , waited two weeks to get a few reply’s and they draw out the questions which they could just put in one email! They need order ref, photos of ring and will ask if ring size sticker still attached. Obviously my partner removed this sticker to propose so now the company refuse to take it back. No where in their website could we find stating this on the returns policy ! Also if you happen to be successful in them allowing you to return it then you will be expected to pay the shipping and import charges etc. Save yourself the pennys and go to a uk site to a known company , you get what you pay for!

Awful

Awful ! - Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a ring which arrived but was too big. I assumed it was my fault due to mis-measuring my required size. I foolishly tried to wear it but lost it after 2 weeks. Ordered another one, but a smaller size this time. When it arrived, it was even bigger than the first ! This lead to me carefully check the sizes I'd ordered and it was apparent the 2 rings had arrived oversized. I tried to email Joancee several times but they never replied. Also, my account with them seemed to disappear. Wish I'd checked their reviews before ordering with them :-(

Better than reviews seen!

Was skeptical because of the reviews however it came within the specified delivery time frame (note its business days not inc weekend). The ring itself is beautiful. I messaged them on facebook to get the tracking number and they replied with 24 hours. For me i had a very good experience, came beautifully packaged too! I am in the UK so was worried reading the reviews however i am very pleased with the company as a whole, they were fab through every step!

Me and my fiancé are getting married in…

Me and my fiancé are getting married in July.. my dad has been unwell so he gave us the money so we can have something special from him to keep .. our wedding rings. The rings are beautiful but they got my fiancé size wrong, we have 8 weeks to the wedding.. no response from my emails whatsoever!! Now we have to go and have it resized.. I am so gutted a stress we could do without. No contact number, no response from them at all. His hands are a lot bigger than mine and it turned up a size up from mine. So disappointed will never shop here again

I ordered two rings form joancee jewellery I absolutely disappointed.i ordered online when I received my order it's absolutely dull no shine and very hard to connect them and they said money back warranty it's absolutely joke they can't answer my email and they haven't got connect number to speak someone I don't no what shall i do please please don't buy anything with this company

surprisingly pleased

I ordered before reading the reviews and was really worried after reading them, but was very surprised. i ordered on the 29th march and recieved today 9th april which is amazingly good timing as it is my birthday ! and easter was in the middle. The ring is lovely and fits perfectly so i am very pleased

Very disappointed in my purchase.

Very disappointed in my purchase.
Delivery was advertised as 10-12 days. Many contacts to the company and many days in between their replies. Eventually, nearly 7 weeks later I received my 2 rings I ordered. All I got from Joancee was 'if you can't wait and want to cancel your order, there is a cancellation fee' no apologies, no partial refund, nothing!

A very happy customer! 😊

Having ordered on the website and thinking the company was UK based, it was only afterwards that I discovered that Joancee jewellery comes all the way from China. It was also only afterwards, when there was no sign of my order, that I started to look at reviews here! 🙈 Then I thought I could kiss my money goodbye!!🙈

However, when I enquired by email, about the status of my order, I got a swift response! The tracking number originally given wasn't correct, but Ivy gave me the correct one and I could easily check it's status.

Even though I placed my order on 16th February and only received it today, almost 6 weeks later, I have to say I am extremely happy with the 2 rings I purchased; they are absolutely beautiful! Of very good quality and the sizing is perfect! So 5/5 for Joancee! Very pleasantly surprised!! Thank you! 😍

THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA

This is a terrible company, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! The product you get is not what is shown online. But its basically impossible to return, despite having a 'uk' website, as they are based in CHINA and expect you to return goods via UPS! Its a complete con.

I recieved my rings today and I'm blown away

I recieved my rings today and I'm blown away. They are so well made and are even better than they looked in the picture. They came in an adorable box and I am so very happy. They did take a while to arrive but were definitely worth the wait. Such a beautiful sparkle too.They are perfect in size and design. The inscription is quite small but i know its there which is what matters. I'm very happy and will be coming back for more. Thank you very much Joancee!

Major delays and bad customer service

I ordered a ring on February 6th 2024 and paid an extra 25 CAD for express shipping, and it was stated that shipping would be within 3 working days. 2 weeks later I contacted them as I had not received my order and they told me that my order had not proceeded and they needed to complete the order. It wasn't until the 5th of March 2024 that I finally got a shipping confirmation email, I finally got my order on the 12th of March 2024. although the product is nice, it is not worth the price and the hassle, and the customer service is not understanding and is very dismissive. If i had read the reviews before hand i would not have ordered from this company.
