If I could give 1 start I would, I am on a budget for my wedding my partner saw a lovely ring and paid £110 pounds for it back in November. 1 tear warranted means nothing to these people. The ring has changed colour, the offered a voucher for 60%I didn't pay 60% for the ring so why should I accept it. I was asked to send the ring via USPS.i am in the UK so this is not possible. I pray the God of the fire alter will Ghana pepper you. How can you be scamming people out of hard earn money. My partner wish he had check the reviews before buying.

If I could give 0 stars I would stay away from this crowd it's a pure scam! You will not receive anything they also say they are UK based but they are not!! Scamming people out of their hard earned money disgusting I have now escalated to my bank to try and retrieve my money!

(JOANCEE) SPENT £110 ON A RING WHICH NEVER ARRIVED! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE FRAUD TEAM !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS. Update.... I finally received the ring 3months later and it fell apart within 2 days.
Reply - my ex partner brought it me as an engagement ring. The crystals fell out within 2 days

Absolutely shambles.

If I could give it 0 I would! What ans absolute shambles of a company! Order a set of rings and they arrived damaged, too big and the overall quality was something you'd put in a kids magazine. I had to send photos of rings before they gave me a returns address, had to pay £20 delivery and provide them with the tracking details. Now they won't respond to my emails. I just want my money back for goodness sake, I've done everything they told me to do😡 save your money and go with a reputable company people!

Shame I can’t give no stars

Shame I can’t give no stars. Trying to return a ring on there 60 day return. So far I have been asked to give the sizing of the clothes I purchased 🤦‍♀️ I have sent pictures of the ring and have to wait days for a reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, The ring would look good in a cracker, so upset. All I can do now is let other know and take an expensive hit 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Impossible to return items

Impossible to return items - buyer beware!
The ring arrived ok but I wanted to return it. Only then was I told that the return would be to China!! They say on their website that returns are allowed but it dosen't say that the cost of returning it is more than the item costs in the first place!

I ordered a necklace and paid for 3 day…

I ordered a necklace and paid for 3 day express shipping with was about 20£. 1 week later I still had not yet received the order. I came on here and read the reviews and instantly knew I was after being scammed. I requested a full refund but I just get the same email, your order has been shipped. Now.. 3 weeks later. I receive a a text I have to pay 17€ customs as this order is being shipped outside of the EU. Not acceptable. I will be reporting this website.

Ordered a ring on 12th December and…

Ordered a ring on 12th December and still haven't received it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I thought it was in the UK hence why I ordered from here but it is actually China and will probably never arrive.

AWFUL SERVICE

AWFUL SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
I have sought to leave this review on the Joancee website with photos, however, it states that it has been submitted for moderation so I highly doubt they will let an honest review appear on their webpage.
This ring was purchased by my partner for a wedding proposal. My partner used one of my current rings to ascertain what size he would need to order and he ordered the Joancee ring in Size R (19mm). However, when he placed on the ring on my finger during the proposal, it was far too big. We measured the ring and it is far larger than 19mm. Joancee provided the wrong size.
As you can imagine, this was extremely disappointing given the ring was purchased as an engagement ring. Ordinarily, I would request an exchange of the ring for one of the correct size, however, I was proposed to with this ring and it is now sentimental. We have been left in a position whereby we are going to need to pay for the ring to be resized.
Given it is Joancee who have put us in this position, we requested that Joancee provide a refund so that we can afford to have the ring resized. Joancee initially apologised and offered 40% of its website. This was declined. They then offered a refund if the ring was returned to them (despite me saying I do not wish to return the ring) and I would have to pay for return shipping. This was declined. They subsequently (and incorrectly) stated that their rings are standard sizes (despite the initial apology for sending the wrong size), offered 35% off the website and said they would resize the ring but we would have to pay for return shipping. I stated that they could resize the ring but given it was their error, they should pay for the return shipping, or they should refund it so we can pay another company to resize the ring. They ignored this request and offered 40% off the website. This was turned declined again and their final email just states to return the ring.
Given the ring’s sentimental value, none of the remedies offered were acceptable with the exception of them resizing the ring, which they never responded to after we stated they should pay for return shipping. I said I would obtain estimates for the ring to be resized elsewhere so that we knew the cost but this was ignored. This experience has completely ruined the experience of the proposal.
My partner did also pay for engraving on the ring. It is no bigger than the 925 stamp.
Please save yourself the hassle and order from another company.

I am ordering from this company rings they send me different sizes. And I am asking to exchange they said sorry but can't because they send me exactly sizes so dodgy. And company is in China. But when I am ordering was written UK. Why people laying. Newer buy from them.

Scammers

Order and paid for ring, got order number and put in email address. Never received the ring, They never sent confirmation email. They don't answer messages on email on Facebook and when you do a one to one chat they ask for 3 pound to talk to what they call an engineer. They are scam and they just take your money.

Very Stressful Disappointing Experience

Ordered a ring, then asked to cancel. No replies to my emails. They took my money. Now I have to get my bank involved. So, I am updating here to help others going through this awful procedure. Although I cancelled within a day, they ignored my emails. So, I took the dispute to my bank and got my money refunded. They only began to respond to me once the bank was
involved and I had my money back.Then, the (unwanted) ring was suddenly delivered and there was no return address that I could use. I took photos of all documents, the ring etc. I sent duplicates to the bank. Joancee then gave me a return address in China. I have just posted it and it cost £22.85. My warning to everyone.....if you are happy to wait ages and actually like the ring....then fair enough, but they ignore emails so you will not know what is happening! If you don't like the ring.....its a long drawn out and stressful experience....I would not recommend at all!
I have an update on this ridiculous saga! The aforementioned ring has been RETURNED to me!!!! I sent it tracked delivery to the address in China with all relevant information. This is incredible! What is going on with these people? Another update on this sorry saga......so i have sent it back AGAIN......and finally no more contact from them....just add up the 2× return postage to China though.....Another update.....they have returned the ring to me AGAIN!!!! So I emailed them....and they said I should request a refund??? So I went to The Post Office. I explained that they kept returning my package (it was unopened), and I was advised to not return it again as it costs me money each time. I just gave it to The Post Office and said I dont want this. I emailed Joancee and told them, and also stated that I hope they will be investigated by the authorities. The final note on this......I received an apology from Joancee and an offer of a refund and to keep the ring.........so after all this stress that I have suffered, they finally came good. I hope this review will help to protect others from suffering the stress and disappointment that I have been through.

Raging I need an update on a package…

Raging I need an update on a package and a refund as I ordered 6th September for 22nd by express delivery. I was told I would be refunded if not. Royal Mail said you didn’t send it soon enough and I’ll be waiting weeks. So now my engagement plan is ruined.

Scammers

Going to have to get my bank onto this as they won't respond to my emails, live chat is never live and they're basically just ignoring me! The item said it was discounted at checkout (I took a screenshot) and yet they charged me the full price! On further investigation I see that they are fraudsters so will be doing a charge back and going elsewhere!! Not impressed as it's for my step-daughter's 18th birthday. :-(
