If I could give less than 1 star I would. Got windows and doors through penicuk in 2017,JWD were the guys sent to fit them.
Horrendous from the start. Still have issues now 6 years on. We have had to replace flooring twice due to leaks damaging the floor.
Doors don't fully seal, windows leak, definitely not helped keep the heat in. We have older windows on an extension and are much more efficient than these one.
They came back when job was 'finished' and agreed many things needed fixed/replaced, however never saw them again ... convenient after the bill was paid in full (silly mistake on my part) first time dealing with a large company and will most definitely be our last. Neither Penicuik or JWD seem to want to deal with this, would be helpful to even speak to someone at either of these companies! Even then I don't feel we'd be getting very far.
Illegal job not worth doing! Absolute Cowboys!
Absolutely shocking! Had my windows fitted in 2018 with a ten year guarantee that is now useless. I contacted the company within a year because I was losing heat since having them fitted, only to find out they had gone bust. Recently had another company ou to investigate the problem and it turns out Jobworthdoing, left the old frames in with no insulation, which is apparantly illegal (see profile pic) and is now going to cost me a further £1500 to get fixed. The only name I remember is Michael Patrick. Avoid employing anyone who worked for this company!
Had windows fitted in 2018 luckily only…
Had windows fitted in 2018 luckily only half of house . Iv had problems from not recieving correct product I asked for or purchased as well as chasing my money back from the creditor shawbrook . Everyone involved in this group whether job worth doing or penicuik windows has been utterly unhelpful. Still after 4 years Iv not had any resolve . Now my window seals are falling off . I still have windows in my property from 1991 that are amazing condition and I was left installed with this crap and a whole lot of anger and frustration. They also have been back 4 times to install correctly . And now this seal problem on top of everything else . Disgusting companies and service 0 stars from me .

They actually did a good job of my conservatory but it developed a leak soon after. They fixed that.
That was back in 2017. I had to contact them today to see where they got their planning permission advice from, but I think they just made it up.
I see they’ve gone bust.
I was lucky as pleased with job.
I booked as Penicuik Conservatories had a great name. They were based in Penicuik Scotland though.
This Wiltshire company obviously took up their good name and seemed from the reviews that they’ve fleeced lots of customers.
So my 10 year warranty isn’t worth a roll of toilet paper.
Companies who do this should have the 10 year guaranteed with a bond, so if they go bust it still counts.

i made the bad choice of ordering windows and doors from Penicuik windows who sent Job Worth Doing to install them, they in turn sent a self employed sub contractor, this man was not interested in doing a quality job only interested in getting job done asap, the Oak finishings around windows and doors were not of a high standard, ( called himself a joiner) dont think so, The surveyor made a mess of measuring two windows, they used a lot of expanding foam and silicone , New door took a month for them to repair and was a different design to the one we agreed to buy, the list goes on, almost 3 years on and front door not closing very well, Please note the product supplied by Penicuilk is very good, excellent windows it is the survey and installation that created the problem, i heard that company has gone bust. not surprised,

Terrible staff and even worse workmanship.
So happy this company and the Cowboys they employ have gone bust.
Surprised they lasted as long
Surprised they lasted as long as they did- doesn’t matter how many company guises you invent, your unprofessional reputation will always catch up. Just a board of sales minded people wanting to make a quick buck- and drag along innocent tradesmen and fitters along the way. Pure monetary greed, not interested in building real reputation or getting a good job done. Simple. Let’s see how they ‘reform’ next.
Roof less
Saddened to see this brand going bust again and leaving so many distraught customers. I had an extension built by them 3 years ago, the roof has leaked since construction and of course the warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on. The roof has been so poorly constructed and using materials I did not consent to when agreeing the plan that it’s going to need fully replaced at the cost of £000s. Do not use this brand under any circumstances
Regretting the day
Windows installed by this company in January 2019 already started with misted units. When told that the Kairos Group had gone into administration last month, my only saving grace was the extended warranty supposedly. Unfortunately the same people are behind the scenes and I have been fobbed off by Melanie yet again with poor excuses as to why they can't get my windows replaced soonest even on the emergency phone line which I have been told will be withdrawn in the near future. Had no takeover letter and Google doesn't recognise BEECAREFREE - same oh, same oh - regretting the day I went with this lot. Feel better telling it out loud.
Job worth doing are no longer trading…
Job worth doing are no longer trading and any of its associated companies. They ceased on the 17th October so I was told on the fone this morning. I got my windows may 2018 and had trouble after installation and again now. So my 10yr guarantee is void. My only saving grace is I took the carefree cover at £90 per yr to give extra 5yr cover and a few other bits inc yearly maintenance. A company has taken over this warranty so I am waiting on them calling me back to arrange a date to come out.

As with last reviewer I am sitting with buckets catching the water coming in the glass roof.
I have no completion certificate as the design was changed (their request) and they did not inform the building warrant department. Have since discovered that no air bricks have been fitted so my house will get damp. They covered the existing air bricks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I had a minus star this is what I would rate this company. I've been trying to get someone to answer the phone for over a week now. They either cut you off, or you get a message saying to ensure the highest level of customer care please hold whilst we try to connect you. This is repeated and then you get told you are number 9 in the queue. I also left an email with all relevant details on still no reply.
I am sat here with a conservatory roof that every time it rains water just runs down my walls and near to electrics. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no after sales device it is none existent. It looks like I am going to have to take this matter further as I don't even think they should a registered licence. Or as I suspect this so called company has now ceased trading

A great job.
Job Worth Doing fitters have just completed renewing our roofline to our great satisfaction. Todd and Callum (the fitters) were polite, tidy and above all very efficient.

Got there eventually !
Got there eventually !!
1. Seven out of twelve window/door installations had measurement / manufacture faults, five requiring part remanufacture. 2. Over six months for full installation - originally programmed for 3 days in early Nov 2018 - far too long. 3. Poor customer communication - (i) Regional Manager won't answer phone. (ii) no reply to email of 10-12-18 (asking for reply) regarding lack of progress submitted to Penicuik but I understand was passed to Damien in JWD.
On balance, would not recommend.
However, top notch A1 service from joiner Mike from Halkirk - preventing 2 star review.

Absolute charlatans
Absolute charlatans. John why do you keep responding to me on here asking for my details but when I send them you ignore me yet again? (abut 30 times your company has ignored my emails/calls/letters).
0/10 is more than the accurate rating.
I rang you 5 times last week and was promised to be called back; but guess what still waiting by the phone!! AVOID
