It is definitely a scam. It gives you the wrong instruction to fill the express bill, and you can't check to correct your information before you pay. When you cancel one deal, they never refund the money back to you. Don't use this company.

They gave me wrong instructions that caused the package returned and wouldn't give me refund. Avoid if you have other options even it means more costly.

Lost package with no resolution!

I purchased a product from an eBay seller: thoba3671 on June 7, 2021.
The USPS tracking number on the package was 93001202241000000033383149.
I believe the seller was sending this first class via USPS but according to the original shipper, Usgobuy; I had to get in touch with PostPony to find my missing package. The email from USGOBUY told me: "Dear Customer, Please contact serviceatpostpony.com for help.

With NO explanation as to why I have to contact PostPony.
PostPony would not help me because there was no other tracking number on the package other than the USPS number.
I would not recommend your company to anyone I do business with. Lost package with no resolution!

So bad service. My luggage was not delivered and checked by the customs.

I had the same problem as many here....I purchased a label to Spain, where usually included tracking service on their site. The newest label I printed using them (Nov-2020) has NO tracking service. As a merchant I had no choice but void the label , yet they will keep the money and never refund you. Have to file dispute from my CC

They will not refund you!! They said they will refund you if you cancel your unused label, but this will take forever. They use various non-sense excuses to refuse to provide refund, and conversation is so so slow. Waste time and money. Avoid!!! Have to dispute via my bank.

No service provided, contact customer service no response. Be aware!!!!! they will take whatever they can but don’t want you give any services！avoid!!!

PostPony is a nice website which helps me a lot for sending my package oversea. It cost cheaper and easy to use. Especially they have a good deal for international packages from US to China with a special price. Sometimes you can get coupons through invite friends or other way. I will recommand all the people who live in the U.S or Canada to use it. Especially students who want to send their luggage back to mainland China.

Using post pony for many years, at first I was worried about package might got lost, but I had sent many times and it never happened, also worry that will be taxed by the custom, but as long as the packing declaration is correctly there’s no problem in accordance with the requirements, customer service is also very patient enthusiasm, every time when I have problem, they are always so helpful ! the price is very reasonable, much cheaper than the post office, I will always use it!

Its a scam. I created a label but need to void it due to error in address. It takes forever to get refund. When got that refund, they refund back to their wallet. Then I required cash out to my PayPal. And it takes forever. After several weeks, I asked them about my money, they don’t refund full amount

PostPony is a nice website which help me a lot for sending my package oversea. It cost cheaper and easy to use. Especially they have a good deal for USPS international package. Sometimes you can get coupons through invite friends or other way. But you have to pay deposit in your account, which is a bit not good or maybe they can just pay by credit card. I will recommand all the people who live in the U.S or Canada to use it.

I like Postpony and use it for shipment to China and the US domestics. It’s cheaper than Post Office and convenient to just drop the packages off and save time. I will continue using it and recommend it strongly. I am not sure if they have service shipping from China to the US. If they have, that will be perfect.

Through postpony, we always can get good price. Especially they have a good deal for USPS international package. The price is lower than post office. I had shipped about over 100 packages through postpony so far, all my package delivered on time, no lost no damage. I will keep using postpony and highly recommend to my friends.

I ever used Postpony for shipping some items to my family in my home country. It is pretty cheap and fast!

It is a very good website! I live in Canada and the shipping fee is very expensive. But the Postpony website provides a cheaper price so that I could save a lot of money. It is also fast, only several days. I like the design of the website, which is convenient for me. They have suggested address in case I typed wrongly. If you invite your friend, also could get $5 coupon! I already recommended this service to some of my friends who also live in Canada! Also, my friend in USA also find this is cheaper than other places. Have a try today!

Love using postpony. I just print out the lable online and drop off at post office. International shipping is fast and convenient.

They changed their website in 2020. I lost all my saved contacts. They need you to link your cell phone number to your account which does not work. Everyting come up in Chinese script. Its become too hard to figure this out. It worked well before they changed it now I am looking for another patform to ship from. Its good I didn't keep any balance in my account or I would have lost all my money.
