This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam! I created a label with them and my package was never shipped out. When I asked for a refund they never deal with it but keep telling me that they'll talk to someone else. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Best way to send your package

Best way to send your package! Postpony offers really good prices over other retails and it works perfectly fine! Also, the people there are all very nice and they'd like to help you anytime with all kinds of problem.

Awesome postpony

Awesome postpony, It helps me save money. It has the same service as Usps, UPS and Fedex, but better price, easy to print out labels. I recommended it to my friends.

Good experience in the past but

I used it once for a US-to-China shipment of some vitamins and multiple times for domestic shipment. The international shipment took a little longer than expected, but I guess it was stuck at the Chinese costume for a while. The overall experience has been positive, be it label creation, printing, and refund. But lately, they disabled payment with credit card for any new account users unless you send them pictures of your driver's ID and your credit cards. I don't feel comfortable doing this. While contacting their online chat service, the agent told me to do exactly that before ending my chat abruptly and banning me from further communication. I have to say that could not be a 5-star review any more.

Hi, because we sometimes encounter credit card frauds so in a specific time period, we have to do that. We are trying our best to develop an automatic review, no need of driving license... and now no longer needed.

For the online chat abrupt ending, we are sorry for this and we have already punished him of this and there will be no next time.
