This joe's new balance outlet is a joke , my package got lost or missing. An no they have done nothing,but feel sorry they say on an email. I no refund,no we'll send you other pairs. No nothing. 👎, I should of saved my money. An not got anything with them, I just seen it on Freebie guy. I though it was a good deal.

Shoes I bought were not even delivered yet and I see that the price on the same pair of shoes were reduced. Tried to get a partial refund and they would rather you return the item and re-order the same item. Makes no logical sense. On top of that, they want you to pay for return shipping.

Update: Moments after ending the chat, I received an email from NB that I was sent a partial refund for the difference. Raising my review to 3 stars as a customer should not have to jump through hoops and file a complaint in order for the company to do the logical thing. Do better, please.

This has been a terrible experience. I was sent the wrong pair of shoes and the company has completely failed to take responsibility. I sent the requested photos multiple times as proof, yet they repeatedly claim they never received anything. This feels dishonest and like an excuse to avoid resolving the issue. No real solution has been offered. The agent made no effort to help and simply repeated the same scripted response over and over. I do not recommend this company.

Ordered two shoes as Christmas gifts well before their holiday shipping deadline.

On 12/23 I was told they are sending me a refund and cannot send out the shoes.

Customer service did not even apologize, they basically said 'this is how it is'.

Don't shop here.

Awful company. My order has been on process for 5 full days. I asked if they can cancel my order so I can repurchase it, I was told NO.

They want to me buy another pair, but they will charge me for return.

Bring your business somewhere else.

I have been a customer for at least 15 years and they never disappoint.
Even the high end made in America shoes will occasionally surface.
Customer service is excellent.
I do not understand the negative comments.
I had an issue today with a confusing to me pricing concern and it was resolved to my satisfaction.
This is the absolute best location to purchase New Balance shoes and accessories. I just bought a pair of incredible New York Marathon branded shoes there at an incredible price.

I requested to cancel my order within three hours of placing it, yet it still hasn't been shipped. However, the company claims they cannot cancel the order and does not offer free returns. If they plan to charge for return shipping, they should allow customers to cancel orders that haven't been shipped. This will be my last time ordering from this site. You can find the same price with better customer service and a more generous return policy.

I will NEVER buy from here again! The colors on the website are off and when I tried to return them I was supposed to pay for my own shipping label. $30!!! You crazy….so no if you need to return stuff don’t buy from here!

I purchased my shoes online November 15th. On November 19, 4 days later, I got an email for a black friday sale; the same shoes were on sale. Spoke to a rep who told me that I would have to return the shoes which were just delivered today, and ship them back. And I could purchase the same shoes at the sale price. Why would I pay money to send shoes back then buy the same pair at a discount?

Awful company

I've been buying on line for a long time, and overall I have enjoyed their prices and shipping.Some question availability issues I don't. It's an outlet for discontinued products. So it will not have every choice in sizes and amount of product, that said If you check in before you NEED anything you will enjoy the great experience and savings as I've been getting for years

I have been a customer for many years. If what you buy is fits it is a great resource. However I just tried to return a pair of golf shoes that didn't fit. They will not pay for shipping and lost my return, you cannot speak with anyone. Do not business with the company.

I have ordered from Joe's multiple times and each time I have not only gotten what I ordered, it was in perfect condition. I love that Joe's offers sales and promos like percentages off when you buy more than one pair. Sorry for those that have had a bad experience, but I have never had an issue any of the times I have ordered from them.

I would recommend against using Joe's New Balance Outlet. Their inventory management is nonexistent and there is a high likelihood some or all of an order will not shipped. Customer service cannot even verify stock. This may be particularly true when a buy one get one deal is going one and one one shoe gets shipped making you pay full price for the one you do recieve.

Can't exchange shoes for a larger size because their return policy os thst the customer pays for shipping. It was $45 to return the $50 shoes because the retun address was in the middle of nowhere.

I should have read these reviews before making a purchase on this site.

I ordered several pairs of sneakers, but the sizes in the shipment were different from what I had picked out on the site. I tried to cancel the order, but the chat representative informed me that it was too late. They also confirmed that the sizes being shipped did not match my online selection, mentioning, "This typically happens after the order has been confirmed and entered into our fulfillment process." What?!

I was also told that their support team would look into the problem and get back to me in 1-2 days, which they never did.

So now I have 8 pairs of sneakers that are not the size I wanted. These were also final sales, so I can't return them.

Not a very good first shopping experience on JoesNewBalanceOutlet.com. I will not shop there again.

Purchased shoes on 4/3 and they never shipped. Canceled the order 6 days later and said that there weren't anymore shoes available in that size. Went on the website and the size was available, but the price was $20 more than when I placed the order. Shady business practice and bad practices. I'll buy my shoes somewhere else.

Worst company to deal with . Customer service is non existent. The person I spoke to dont even know the return policy and I have to explain to him. Dont even bother buying from this piece of crap website.

They charge for sales tax when in the state of Florida baby and toddler sneakers are exempt from sales tax. Where is that money going? Not to the state of Florida… horrible customer service plus taking advantage of parents with small children

Sent the wrong size will not respond. No return you pay for returns. Customer service will not respond eBay is not even safe
