I wear New Balance all the time..Ordered size 12 did not even come close to fitting and minor damages on shoe....Then they want you to pay return postage..must be kidding????? Do not waste your time with these people. Terrible experience.

shoe laces are short . 2 pairs of same style same color fit totally differently. Called multiple times and e-mailed sent photos, no one ever got back to me. Finally they offered a $5.00 credit on a $140.00 order = insulting.

These are not NB. It's all I wear. Then I found Joe's outlet, saw the prices were decent and purchased THREE pairs. Tight and not wide as I ordered. They said it was wide. The tops of my 2 toes were rubbing against the top of the shoe because it was too tight. When I finally got home from work, I took them off immediately. My feet were so sore. And had two sores on the top of the two toes. Went to Khols and purchased a pair 2 days later. The difference? The one from Khols were exactly like the older NB I had. Comfortable and wide. No toes rubbing. So something is now right about that outlet. These shoes are nothing like the NB I purchase elsewhere. I'm stuck with them. Three pairs will cost me 30 to send them back. Investigate this place. Somebody needs too. And to whoever is reading this, please stay far away. These are not NB shoes/sneakers.

These guys are fantastic! I ordered a pair of NB Rebel V3's for half off of retail! Joes never added my order to my account and never notified me if they shipped my item, but with that being said, I got these three days after I ordered my shoes! No complaints here on their service!

Have ordered from them 3 times in the past 2 years and a great experience each time. They don't have all sizes but they sell the real deal at the right price. I will only be buying my shoes from Joe's from here on out.

I made the mistake of ordering three pairs of NBs from JNB Outlet prior to checking reviews.

After my purchases, I checked with BBB and saw the absolute worst reviews I've ever seen in 40 years of checking the BBB. And when I saw the alert/warning (which I'd never seen before on BBB site), I panicked.

I needed to return 2 pairs out of the three pairs I bought. From the reviews I'd read and the dismal BBB report about JNB, I was terrified. Seemed the only folks who gave JNB the few decent reviews it has were people who'd not tried to return items. My return experience wasn't bad at all.

My two orders (1 pr + 2 pr) arrived timely, undamaged. With the two pairs I returned there were no hassles or hiccups of any kind. I was ready for a fight; none came. I got my refund within a week or so.

I had, however, taken great care to do all I could to avoid giving them an excuse to not refund my money. Crossed every T, dotted every i, and then some. I made it clear I wanted refund, not store credit.

I've read how near-impossible it is to get in touch with them. Fortunately, I had no reason to try, so I can't address that.

I won't be ordering from them in the future. Too scared. 10,000 people--or however many-- can't all be wrong. I won't risk possibly being in the lucky minority again.

I'm the biggest tattle-tale in town. When I don't like something (or somebody), I can't get to my computer fast enough to compose a scathing review. In the interest of fairness, I feel compelled to tell of my positive experience with JNB.

I was ordering my usual New Balance from a competitor. I got a shopping pop-up telling me I could save money at Joe's New Balance Outlet. The shoes I was trying to order were $135. At Joes, I paid about $50. With tax and shipping the order came to about $65, less than half the price.

I realize that the shoes were probably last year's model, but I couldn't care less.

I was also expecting that maybe they were seconds, but the look and feel exactly like the 20 pairs I worn in the past.

I will admit that UPS did take a little longer, but it was really worth it.

I order a pair of 574 sneakers after being referred to Joe's New Balance Outlet by New Balance Athletics but, although the prices seem cheaper there is always a catch keep in mind you have to pay for shipping unless you spend $100, or more and you have to pay to return. The sneakers were too big and have to pay to return and is the same price I paid this is not worth it and believe me they hope you just keep the sneakers. And then have you wait 21 days for a refund this is absurd!! I will never do business with this company again and will let NB know how dare you set me up with this waste of my time crap. I will also let the attorney general office know of these improper business practices.

They canceled multiple orders without an explanation. I've been having foot problems for months and desperately needed quality shoes.

I've been wearing New Balance shoes since the 1970's. I ordered a pair of DynaSoft Nitrel v4 in my size (12/4E). The shoes don't fit, they're tight in the toe box and the arch, but I will add, they are the most cheaply made pieces of garbage I've ever seen. Where NB used to stitch almost everything on the shoe (logos, toe caps etc), this shoe has everything screen printed on it, it's like it's almost a replica of a sneaker. So disappointed in what has become of New Balance quality. Add to the fact that I'm forced to pay return shipping, I'll sell them at a loss and call it a day. NB, I'll never buy another pair without first seeing them in person and trying them on. So sad.

I purchased 3 pairs of New Balance sneakers, and I loved them! Will definitely buy more from them. I was nervous after reading the reviews here, but I had no issues with my orders.

DO NOT purchase from this company. Purchased a pair of shoes in October that were a Christmas gift. My daughter opened and they didn’t fit. I called joes on December 26th to let them know I needed to return. Said he made a not to accept the return even though it was outside their normal review window. So I sent the shoes and paid $12.75 to ship them back. They arrived on December 29th to Joe’s. I have been emailing them with absolutely no response and then suddenly get an e-gift card in my email. When I spoke to the guy on the 26th as well as what their email states, my credit would be on my original form of payment. I have never seen a credit so I called again today and they basically told me they can’t cancel the GC and issue me a credit to my credit card. Horrible company and very dishonest. If I knew I could not get a refund, I would have never sent the shoes back to them.

Wish I could give no stars. Also wish I had read some reviews online before purchasing anything. They sent me the wrong item in the wrong size. They won't fix their mistake and send the correct item. Now I have to go out of my way to UPS to send wrong item back. Will also have to wait to be refunded 10 days (not holding my breath). Total scam. Terrible customer service. I'll never purchase a thing from these clowns again. Avoid them like the plague.

Found a great deal on my favorite shoes that are not available anywhere else. Wasn't sure how legitimate the site was and these reviews didn't make me too confident, but I tried it anyway. Same shoes, same quality, same sizes(I think people forget new shoes need broken in and are tighter at first). Definitely my go to place now.

I made an order on October 17 (JA0204146) Part of the order came to the warehouse, and part of the order with track number 1ZA821T10335237314 was lost. The UPS delivery service was unable to confirm the delivery and provide photos of the receipt of the package. UPS then sent the claim to the shipper (Joe's New Balance Outlet). It's been over a month and still no response. There is no way to contact by phone, support does not answer by mail. As a result, there is no product and I lost $60.

Made an order on Black Friday. I made the purchase, money has been deducted. After a couple of minutes, I got an email, that I made a cancel the order, but I did not. One month past and money is still blocked.

Obviously, it was an automated cancel, but better not to process payment and hold money if you know, that you will not process the order.

I also sent an email and haven't got an answer.

Worst experience of online shopping ever.

I have been ordering shoes from Joe's for over 15 years, great shoes, great people, shipping is fast. I just got some of my order in today, they are a 5 star for me. the price is great

Terrible company to work with. Noticed the next day one of the shoes ordered was not to my liking. Called in since the order hasn't shipped yet. Nothing can be done to change the order. Nothing can be done to cancel the order. The only option is to receive the order and send it back on your bill since they don't cover the return shipping. Don't order here is my advice seeing they do not take care of anything!

Shoes are at least a half size small. Then they get you by not paying for the cost of the return shipping. Not worth the stress. Shop somewhere else. Avoid this store at all cost.
