Actually wish I could leave no stars. Ordered Mens New Balance 515 in mens 8 1/2 4E. Received order on 1/28/21 which was completely wrong. Sent me woman's model WROAVKG size 8B.They are obviously counterfiet also. I contacted them immediately. Customer service sucked. Wanted me to pay for return shipping. Right? Wrong! So I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund. They didn't even offer to replace the order. I immediately filed a complaint with paypal. Avoid this company!

01/12/21 - ordered one pair online. confirmation email received.
01/20/21 - I tried to track my order online, but it said no order found. I then text the customer service number with order # and email (as auto-reply asked for)
01/21/21 - "Sorry your order was canceled. You have not been charged. The preauthorization taken will fall off, usually within 5 business days."
- I replied asking if there was a reason it was cancelled.
- the reply to my inquiry was the exact same response as above.
- SO, i thought, oh well, it's just $40, I'll find something else
01/25/21 - i get an email confirming my order and that the order shipped, so I text same support number stating the order was canceled.
01/26/21 - text back, "thanks for texting Joes! order number XXXXXX has been shipped. Tracking #: XXXX"
- I replied, "I was just told on Thursday 1/21 that it was canceled...what gives?"
- their reply: "your order shipped and you can track your order here...(insert web link)."
- I replied, "I understand that it shipped. My questions is WHY did it ship? I was told this order was canceled."

I am awaiting a reply, but don't expect anything of use in return. Terrible customer service. How can someone operate like this? I'll update if anything of fruition blooms, but won't be holding my breath.

01/26/21 their reply: "Our system tried again to resubmit your order and it went through. When we first originally looked into your order it did show as it was not processed and this is why we have responded as it was canceled. We do apologize for any confusion and inconvenience."
- my reply, "Why would the system try to resubmit it if it was canceled? There is literally a 10 business day difference between. Please issue a refund. You stated my card would not be charge and confirmed a cancellation. This isn't acceptable."

Will again update if they do reply. I now know why you can't leave google reviews. I should've done my due diligence and looked for reviews before making a purchase.

01/27/21 - their reply: "we do apologize that you haven't received your item. We have submitted a Credit Request for the full amount to be refunded back to it's original form of payment. Please allow 10 business day to receive the refund back to you.
I replied: Thank you for understanding and rectifying the situation.

I'm keeping my 1 star review until the matter is fully settled.

02/03/21 - the shoes still delivered, so now I'm at a loss as to whether or not to expect a refund. I wanted these shoes, but not through this headache of a process. At this point, I don't care nor do I expect a refund. I'm bumping my review to 2 stars.

02/12/21 - a refund was issued to my account. a month long ordeal for a pair of shoes. I only want to give this 2.5 stars because they eventually did what they said they would do.

After waiting 11 days for my shoes to arrive. I reached out and was not able to contact anyone about my order that was not noticed in there tracking system? so after texting and a day later they say my order was canceled? with no reason given?? called again no responce. used there online help chat and all you get is a bot? Horrible way to do business online.

I've ordered twice from here and haven't had any issues. Received my shoes as ordered and in a timely manner. One pair I've had for almost a year, and they are still in great condition.

Placed an order and received my shoes 2 days later. I buy New Balance women's Fresh Foam Vongos frequently from full priced running shoe stores and I can assure you these are the real deal. The style/colors are likely a season or two ago, hence the very low price. Good experience.

I bought over a dozen pair from here. I only wear one pair. They easily last two years clean easy with oxyclean. Made in Korea or wherever they are very comfortable shoes. Made way better than Walmart.

Just bought my first pair of shoes and I LOVE them!! I even ordered another pair because I loved the first pair.

I have purchased 993’s from Joes New Balance for years. I have never had any problems—always got what I ordered in a timely manner. Had one pair go bad after a few months and they replaced them no charge. I would rate Joes as one of the best stores on the internet. Now if they would just get 993’s back in stock?

I made and paid for 2 orders at Joe's New Balance Outlet. Both orders were canceled by Joe's New Balance Outlet. Because of not accepting my credit card. Which I always use for purchases in online stores in the USA and other countries. But Joe's New Balance Outlet didn't give me my money back. I sent a letter and tried to call them, but they did not answer the letters and my calls at all. Update: After 9 days, I finally got a response from support with a silly reason to cancel the order and pre-authorize my money. Fortunately, the money was returned to me. I don’t change my grade due to very poor support (did not respond for 9 days).

I purchased two pairs of Women's New Balance shoes from them recently and are supposed to be my regular size but they don't fit and they look fake compared with my worn New Balance shoes that were made in 2018.I called their customer service number and I got disconnected.Tried to text them and I received a random message saying I have to wait up to a week to receive an answer.I loved New Balance shoes but no more!

I ordered a pair of new Balance shoes received wrong size shoes returned for credit June 6 and STILL have not received credit on my card, They are questionable business ! caution to future customers, read revews on this shady company ,before ordering !! I can not believe this company is allowed to be in business!!!!

I bought two pairs of new balance 12 4E from Joe's and the sizing one on is completely different than the other. I reached out in an attempt to exchange the ones that didn't work for an identical pair of the ones I ordered that did fit and no luck. "We're an outlet with no free returns. Have a good day". I will return the shoes for a full refund less my cost to ship back and order elsewhere. It's too bad with a little common sense they could have retained a customer and not lost the sale.

Bought hiking shoes for the whole family and we all love them. They grip all different terrains very well and stay comfortable all day. The kids' shoes are still in great condition, even with them being young and rough. Shipping was timely even with the delay in some areas. I recommend this site to anyone looking to save on shoes.

Im convinced the pair I bought several months ago a fake. I could have bought a more supportive pair at Walmart. My left foot prones in which doesnt happen with my other New Balance or Nike or even Sketchers GoWalk. Never again

1. The items arrived look like they are NOT original. I feel like sneakers and sport bras are bootleg cheap copies - the feel, fabric, stitching, the way it (not) fits.
2. There is no exchange - only return. Returns are NOT free. The customer service is useless.
3. But the most upsetting of all - literally the same dayI placed an order I started receiving scam text messages and marketing calls!! I wish these companies didn’t sell your info. Ironically, the purchase came with 30day free trial of Norton privacy protection of some kind. Well played, well played. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I read a lot of complaints but i just received my order. And it was so fast. only two day delivery and i got 3 pairs for what i would have paid for 1.Will be buying from them often.

I purchase here often and they are constantly selling inventory they don't have in stock. It's getting so frustrating as I've had 3 orders cancelled days after I purchased and not given any explanation or offer of a coupon or anything. Don't sell shoes if you don't have them in stock you dummies.

I 've bought numerous pairs of sneakers from this outlet and have always been satisfied. BUYER BEWARE if you have to return your sneakers it just cost you around $13.50 to try them on... no free returns. Same size I always purchase....not even close to the right fit.

I had been looking for a discount vendor for New Balance sneakers and bit. These are not New Balance shoes even though they have the logo stamped all over them. Very poor quality, comfort, and fit! Cheap knockoffs and not worth even the low price I paid! Never again!

Worst customer service experience. I'm having issues with my shoes I ordered and you can only text. This is dumb. I text my issues and everytime someone responds its "how can I help" and nobody reads the issue. I then start over and no reply. 100% terrible. I'll never buy here again, regardless of the big discounts. My shoes are falling apart in less than 30 days and that is unacceptable.
