I am a nurse and so I am on my feet running up and down halls for 12 hours a day. I have found that New Balance 1540 shoes are the only ones that can take my aching, burning feet and knees to comfort. I recently ordered this model from Joe's and was so surprised to find that instead of paying the usual $189.00 for this shoe it was on sale for $66.00. I was so excited to get these and replace the warn out ones I had paid so much for that were no longer giving me the support I needed. I have worn these now for 4 weeks. I have been wondering why my feet and knees continue to ache and only get worse so today I decided to really check out my shoes to see what is different from the ones I just retired. I am so disgusted that I didn't look this up earlier. What I learned today was what I had actually received from Joes was actually not authentic new balance shoes but a fake. Do your research on the difference between real new balance and fake new balance, in fact do your research on all brands you purchase from Joes. I realize that there is a lousy customer service so I will leave this review and order the real shoe. If comfort does not matter to you or paying way more for knock offs don't matter to you then by all means continue to order from joes. But if you are looking to buy authentic shoes, DO NOT BUY FROM JOE'S NEW BALANCE OUTLET. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes June 1st 2020 and they arrived 2 weeks later. Given the Covid crisis I thought that was acceptable. However I ordered 14EE and I received 10D. I tried to contact them by the ph# on the website and the recording states they only communicate by text and to please allow 4 business days for a response...Seriously? USPS would deliver a letter faster than that. I don't mind returning the shoes, accidents happen NBD. All I asked for was for them to cover the return shipping which they don't normally do and that is understandable if it was my fault but it wasn't, they screwed up.. They kept asking for information on the shoe tag and I texted them the info and numerous pictures showing them what I received. 6 weeks and 4 texts later they finally stated that they were wrong. I find it interesting they stated that the don't receive pics with their text...must be Joe's old flip phone they use. They also state they quarantine your shoes for 17 days due to Covid before processing them, really? So this business appears to be run by Old Joe himself and nobody else. Poor communication and customer service and hiding under the veil of the Covid crisis. I went back online 7/13 and picked up the same shoe from Famous Footwear and it was delivered correctly today on 7/16. If you buy from Joe you should be prepared for the frustration, you have been warned!

Going on this site makes me see their ads wherever I go online.

It has been 2 weeks since I returned a pair of sneakers to Joe's New Balance Outlet. They are terrible is sending refunds back. They also have alot of complaints by BBB so if you want a refund don't hold your breath.

I ordered on 6/29/20 and received my shoes on 7/1/20, it was extremely fast shipping. I’m pleased with my purchase, will be purchasing more in the future.

Got sneakers which I used twice and the soles are wearing already! I tried to communicate with their customer service and they responded once but went radio silent. I would not reccomend buying anything from Joes. Sneakers are copies, NOT REAL!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY! Spouse ordered shoes that arrived within reasonable time. Item was suspicious in authenticity but fit and comfort was off. Hmmm. Returned next day and now two months later they still have my money. Communication is non-existent where only text is offered. They have not responded after 4 attempts. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was just reading some of these reviews and I find them to be dishonest. I also placed an order with Joe’s .Three New balance T-shirts. Unlike others it took my order 3weeks to come. And that was after I patiently waited for a call back to find out what happened to my order. Needless to say I received my order but only two shirts. So once again I have sent a Text message/ email because that’s the only way you can contact . Haven’t heard anything nor received refund. DONT ODER FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!! read reviews

First time ordering from Joes and had a very smooth transaction. Able to buy my favorite NewBalance running shoes at a great price. shipping was free and super fast especially considering COVID19.

I placed my first order with Joe's for a pair of 574's on 5/10/20 (During Covid 19). I received my order on 5/14/20 which was amazing to me. I took one star as there was a black spot on one of the shoes. Due to the price I paid ($35) I'm not going to make a mountain out of a mole hill.

Ok, I liked my first pair of New Balance 993 Olive color so much, I came back to Joe's New Balance and ordered another pair in Burgundy. Only this time I went to Joe's New Balance Outlet on Ebay which was $8.00 less expensive, and also free shipping as before! They shipped super fast as if Superman or the Flash delivered in 5 days again!
The running shoe is so comfortable while running, walking or standing, it is like floating on a cloud.
I am not sure of why there is reviews with less than 5 stars.
I would give Joe's 10 stars if I could on this review. Again.

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Can’t speak to a human. I have a pair of shoes somewhere in America but can’t speak to anyone about it at Joe’s. Dread asking for or even expecting a refund.

Buyer beware they make you feel good with the free shipping but you'll just have to pay to ship them back since they'll always be the wrong size plus I strongly think these are new balance shoes that were defective and had to be sold by some other way . These good reviews got to be all fake bought reviewers .

Please do not order from Joe’s outlet the customer service is awful they do not have live customer service people you going to get a bunch of recordings

I received the shoes I ordered and I am 100% satisfied. The shipping delivery was a few days over what I expected but that is the result of a delay with UPS. I was able to track using the tracking number provided. The only issue I have is the website navigation, when selecting 'View' to my order nothing happens, but when I do the same on my phone browser it works. Also on the website (computer browser) when clicking 'Track my Order' nothing happens. I would buy again from Joe's NB Outlet, definitely.

I just received a pair of NB 847v3 women’s shoes from joes new balance outlet. The pair had a nice rip on the side of the shoe on the mesh part. I am furious that I feel that I have wasted 100 bucks and I can’t even reach a goddamn human on the phone. I will never spend another dime there and will make it part of my life’s work to share my experience.

Place is joke customer service is terrible still waiting on refund

The site was easy to navigate, received a great deal on the shoes. The shoes arrived quickly. I absolutely love my shoes. Will defiantly be purchasing more from them.

Ordered 6 pairs of shoes and only recieved 4 pairs .. says that my order was delivered but I never received it. Customer service number has only an automated system that only allows for text messages that are never responded to! I am beyond upset as I was not treated as a valuable customer and my money was stolen as I have no product!!! Will NEVER purchase anything again and will tell family and friends to do business elsewhere!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes. I doubled checked the invoice and found that the wrong size was ordered. I know that I ordered the correct size. I called the customer service number. After being on hold for over 10 mins, I spoke to a young lady. I explained the problem with the order. She told me that the order could not be changed. I had ordered less than an hour of speaking to her. She told me to wait until the shoes arrived and I could return them. I told her that I was sure that I had ordered the correct size in the first place and that I didn't know why the wrong size was ordered in the first place. She enlightened me. She said that when someone orders a size they do not have, they send what they do have. Wow, I guess that works to take people's money. In my opinion that is a sure way never to have repeat business.
