Good customer care
Good customer care. Also, brakes now work nice a smoothly, they had always snatched a bit when trying to park or manoeuvre at low speeds since first getting van.

extremely poor
one star is too many. The van service center at Loanhead have lied to me on 5 occasions (I had to go to another garage to confirm they were not telling me the truth about a fault they hadn't fixed) I will never take my camper there again. I never get calls back when they say they will one guy on the service desk ( I think he was in charge) was so patronising he made me feel stupid. Appalling service.

Problem with my Rear Spoiler on my Audi…
Problem with my Rear Spoiler on my Audi A7 that Clarks could not repair. This had to be sent to Audi Edinburgh this took the best park of a week to sort.
Clark Motor Group (Kuda) kept me up to speed, on the progress and problem every day.
Fantastic customer service, wouldn't hesitate is using them again in the future. BIG thanks to Kuda and his driver.
